  1. Oldham served with another hmrc winding up order for unpaid taxes source BBC football.
  2. Would be delighted to have a fourth trip to Wembley
  3. I suppose I must be a floating fan these days as a lapsed season ticket holder but 1875 member. Don't attend midweek night matches these days and tend to just do 3pm Saturday games. I look at this offer and think Stoke mid week won't be going to that. Leeds and west brom times could be changed for TV. Reading could all be over by then with no chance of play offs however if Reading was 10 pound then would attend even if a meaningless match.
  4. TM said on the radio last week as part of the fans consultation broadcast that he had met and held talks with maddison around two years ago but decided not to pursue the interest
  5. And the previous 17 games show us where in the league?. Will be more than happy if proved wrong after 46 games and would be first to say Walton has improved in recent weeks however needs to be performing consistently. Statistical snap shots don't alter the fact he has difficulty getting down to shots near him.
  6. I read it as a tongue in cheek comment by someone with a dry sense of humour
  7. Walton's positioning is too central on that shouldn't be getting beaten at his near post should be a yard to the right
  8. The 12million would have been better spent on a consistently quality keeper. You build from the back. There is no more important position on the pitch. Perhaps we can get a quality keeper in the summer.
  9. TM described Fulham as scarey more fear than respect!
  10. True but could be argued if TM was not so cautious we would have scored similar numbers and be in a similar position in the table as them. Saturday game being a case in point. More pressure put on Fulham better result.
  11. According to the sky bet championship average attendances for this season for home games we are 14041 with Leeds and West brom still to come. We are 300 higher than big city Preston despite them being in a play off place. How ever still likely to fall short of waggotts 15000 target. Figures likely to end up close to last year's average.
  12. Thought this was a very passive performance up until the substitutions demonstrated by the total lack of any bookings for Rovers with the complete lack of getting in Fulham faces allowing them total freedom to play their passing game. Totally unacceptable for me.
  13. No idea but seems odd the figures are exactly the same but clearly unsustainable
  14. This % wage to turnover ratio has been exactly the same in the last two sets of accounts. Coincidence or a working model?
  15. Have to say that interview produced a tear. Well done Natalie. Tony is in good hands.
  16. League too far for Chorley. Would have been like this for Rovers if promoted under Bobby Saxton in all likelihood.
  17. ....Roger Jones, Paul Bradshaw, Jim Arnold, Terry Gennoe, Bobby Mimms.. think Walton is better than John Butcher though. A position where for most of the last fifty years we were very strong until recent times
  18. Tosin for his age is a one off. To buy a centre half with his technical ability is out of our price range. To bring one in on loan would take some finding
  19. Been gladwin scores for mkdons 6 minutes after coming on as sub probably his right level now
  20. You lost me when you said you liked Walton. Not a top six keeper in my opinion
  21. A day for sackings Colin Calderwood sacked at Cambridge United after 13 months in charge with 1 win in the last 10
  22. The 7-0 battering was at home to Ebbsfleet United who have same number of points as Chorley at the bottom and had a player sent off after 20 minutes not unlike Rovers on Saturday there have been no other 7-0 batterings
  23. The nobenders have paid for it with their big day out.
  24. Seems it's down to Tony the away fans are upstairs
