  1. Glad we made it to HT. Lots of work to do in the 2nd half.
  2. Frankly, I’m surprised we made it to 40’ without conceding. Travis, what was that!?
  3. Barnes is a classless thug, but that was nothing.
  4. If Rodriguez was available, he would have scored on the shot Barnes fluffed. We haven’t been able to keep possession well.
  5. I like our chances first, beat the dingles
  6. Man, what a game. What an effort by Rovers.
  7. WHU veterans, vs Rovers kiddie corps. let’s get it on!
  8. I think the last time we played WHU in a Cup match, it was a 1-5 type of pasting. When I first began following Rovers in 2013, I saw FA Cup match vs ManCity on FS1 (Scott Dann goal in 1-1 at Ewood). FS1 don’t do that anymore. For this game, I’m looking forward to lots of Rovers youth, and how well they perform. I will be following comments here, and maybe a YouTube watchalong (if any). Prediction, 2-4.
  9. I favor Gally & Hedges to boost Rovers over the terriers, 2-1!
  10. I will take Vale over Hirst, but to be truthful, neither have earned a start. However, with Gally out, gotta go with somebody, I guess.
  11. Niko, I agree this is a big opportunity for Rovers. For the most part, we are healthy (sans Hedges), we are defending well (only allowed three goals in the last six games, 5 in the last 8), young & scrappy, etc. I know what I said earlier, about it being necessary to expect results vs teams in the relegation zone, but I truthfully couldn’t gripe if we get 4 pts from the next two. The thought of six from the next two, would be amazing. COYB!
  12. I know we cannot win ‘em all. But, with 4 consecutive wins, I have to believe we take all 3 pts vs a team fighting relegation. Otherwise, why believe in this team at all?
  13. One cerveza over my cutoff. WE’RE GOIN’ UP!!! 🍻
  14. COYB, from homecoming, SFA, Nacogdoches, Texas
  15. I’m surprised we’re deserting Vale so quickly. Why? He’s only 21. I don’t believe we’ve seen his total maturation as a player. The club must think he has ability, to sign him for three more years.
