  1. If the 3 month break clause is true and Rovers don't have to pay compo to part ways before the end of that then surely you'd think it has to end soon with this guy. Thoroughly unlikeable and clearly a bad coach.
  2. Fair point, but nothing the club does tends to makes any sense and since when did they care what the fans thought anyway. As I say, they'd probably spend transfer budget for the next two windows paying him off because they never plan ahead.
  3. I can see them potting Ismael out of sheer desperation, thus wiping out the summer transfer budget 🥲
  4. This game has similar vibes to the Bolton home defeat way back in 2011. Unhappy crowd, terrible team performance, awful manager / head coach who's way out of his depth. The fact that we're still going through the same problems with the same owners some 14 years later is soul destroying.
  5. That would be the small minority of fans up to no good again 😂
  6. We won't get another point this season under Ismael never mind a win 😂.
  7. Good that Ribeiro is tied down for longer now. A reasonable full back with experience and hopefully that's the left back position covered for next season when Pickering is also back to match fitness.
  8. Yeah just checked, it was 9 games before we beat Sunderland 5-1. 6 draws and 3 defeats.
  9. If Rovers lose tomorrow then Ismael will have had a worse start in 6 league games than Owen Coyle, who managed 2 points from his first 6. I can't think of any examples where a new head coach / manager can come back from such a bad start and make a success of things, especially in the basket case circus environment that is Rovers.
  10. I agree. This is one of, if not THE most definitive things I've seen of someone pulling apart the last 15 years in such a direct way. I think its brilliant.
  11. It really feels like the club are on an extremely dangerous path now. For the 3 stooges to come out as they have in such a defensive manner, spewing lie after lie. Although I really admire the efforts of those that have put together the recent campaign and how they've handled things, there will come a time when things get so heated and ugly that we end up in a Reading or Blackpool scenario where games are getting abandoned. Remember when Blackpool were still owned by the Oystons and their final home game of the season was abandoned due to fans sitting in the centre circle? I feel like we're getting closer and closer to that kind of thing after what I've heard from the 3 stooges today.
  12. If we weren't certain that the club is absolutely rotting from the head down then we can be sure now!
  13. Couldn't care less what Gestede says in this interview with Elliott. It'll just be the usual crap that the club trot out every time there is unrest. Just read the first article Elliott has published on the LT website and yep...it's just a load of waffle from Gestede. Suhail is the one I am interested to hear from, even though I know that'll be a waste of time as well!
  14. White and Jordan is probably the worst show a Rovers fan could go on to defend themselves. Jordan always has his 'football club owner' hat on and rarely gives anyone opportunity to say their piece without butting in...and Jim White, well the less said about him the better. An absolute waste of space who was always a big Kean supporter. The simple response to anyone saying Gestede is an exceptional individual is to inform them of the things he said he'd do but hasn't....communicate with the fans being the first thing. Haven't heard or seen the interview but I hope the fan came out of it ok.
  15. Rovers will be checking out of the Championship too!
  16. More than likely a loss, Boro got a good win yesterday and their playoff hopes have been reignited. Rovers with apathy throughout the club from top to bottom, there's very little chance of a result here.
  17. Didn't realise Derby play Stoke at Pride Park in the final game of the season. That is quite possible going to be a relegation decider, whoever loses goes down. Also helps Rovers secure survival 😂
  18. The performances have really just made it crystal clear just how little the players want to play for Ismael. Under Eustace this lot would keep going and going, even in poor performances and defeats, you could very rarely question their effort and commitment. This group of players have also shown that they need an expert man manager to be able to achieve anything at this level. Ismael is definitely not giving 'good man manager', so it's no surprise that these players have dropped off a cliff.
  19. Maybe I'm giving them too much credit here, but part of me wouldn't be surprised if they came to an agreement for Ismael to leave the club as a way to try and deflect what is inevitably going to be quite a toxic atmosphere at Ewood in the coming weeks. That being said, there's just no way they are ever sacking him and paying off a 3 year contract. If there's a positive to be had, its that they've appointed such a bad head coach that it is surely going to unite more fans in turning on the owners. If Ismael is at the club next season then he's going to be up there with Coyle and Kean in levels of hatred.
  20. I said this a few weeks ago...but now i'm starting to have doubts 😂
  21. Ismael currently has the same number of points after 5 games that Coyle had. Fail to get anything from the Boro game and he'll have had a worse start than Coyle 😂.
  22. Every Ismael performance has been the same. He is a total waste of time. Shockingly bad appointment.
  23. Next Friday will be very interesting, especially if Rovers lose tomorrow.
