gives the ball away countless times and would struggle to win the ball back from his gran,he`s at an age where he should consistently influencing games,im`e all for loans improving your side but he does`nt,id`e play garrett instead,he`s just a bigger leighton clarkson imo, there is not a hope in hell that he will ever play for liverpool`s 1st team

we are still a way from actually looking like a promotion side,i reckon we are 3 players short,i am very optimistic that next season we will have a real go at automatic promotion if jdt is given the financial backing,we are not far away from being a really good side -

we did`nt play to badly today, though we looked to have sunk back in to walking football mode at times,it`s was still better than some of the horror showings from before christmas on the negative side, morton is frankly,a weedy little boy who gives the ball away by the dozen,i sincerely hope jdt is`nt going to try and blow his budget on him in the close season,he seems to like him to much imo gallagher was as ever very willing but does`nt have the mindset of a centre forward, got to have a goalscoring centre forward in next season -

all talk of pears being dropped is shocking, after looking like a sunday league keeper he is now 1st choice on his own merits, fair play to the lad -
was before teams got promoted from the non league and there was re election to the league if you finished bottom ,it was a standing joke that either rochdale or hartlepool would finish bottom, somehow in the days of being re elected to the league those two always managed to stay in!!!!!!!!! from hazy memories of my childhood i think southport were the last side to get chucked out of the football league, wigan replaced them

before promotion from the conference, rochdale were always finishing bottom of the 4th division but always got re elected😁i think their fanzine was called the 92nd club!!!!!!

im`e going to hire a transit van and get 10 people in the back with 2 in the front ,should save on money and be like the good old days,if everyone brings six cans of stella it will be a greattt day, don`t forget to bring the playing cards as well,3 card brag for when we get stuck in traffic😀 -
arguing about an appendix is probably going to be more exciting than the match itself😉

burnden park was the worst ground by far concerning away fans, especially if it was a derby, exiting the ground at full time was interesting to say the least.if a glass bottle did`nt get you then snooker ball might😁 -

late 80`s i think, after some safety work it went back up to just over 20k in the early 90`s -

i did`nt know the suffragettes tried that,i remember the burnley fans trying to demolish the darwen end roof, most of the debris landed on their own fans, such is/was their intelligence😁 -

a couple of years ago i cleared an old attic out and found some football annuals from the early 70`s,apparently ewood park in 1975 had a capacity of 47,000???,even with the old riverside terrace this would seem somewhat optimistic,i remember crowds of 20,000/25,000 in the early 80`s and we were pretty much hemmed in,does anyone remember the last 40,000+ gate,it must have been like being in a sardine net🙂 -

blackburn was end was going crackers during half time, there was only one winner after newell smashed that beauty in😁,personally it`s my favourite rovers match ever, better than beating 1st division coventry in the early 80`s,the indecent assault of the dingles in 2001 and bentleys hatrick against man utd -
i don`t think it has anything to do with us,swag would have given them the whole of the darwen end and whacked up the price if it was his decision, more likely the police have got involved with it being a night match and a potential inbred celebration, fecking hilarious though innit😆

southgate loves a bit of cronyism,if you are not in the inner circle you are not going to play,if i was foden id`e tell him to stick his side up his arris

the phrase "go forth and multiply" is quite applicable here😪

st andrews is the ground itself, not wise to hang around the vicinity, especially in club colours, birmingham fans are not friendliest -

football wise iv`e never felt as low as after the palace game, mainly because palace were terrible in the first leg and we patently bottled the game at selhurst park england losing to germany in the 1990 world cup was pretty devasting as well,we matched the best german side ever only to lose on a bloody penalties then had to watch the final, one of the worst games iv`e ever seen -
proud of rovers today,we were fantastic,i did think going to a back 5 was a mistake but then again we should have been out of sight by then, hedges hitting the post was unlucky but gallagher not anticipating the cross is an illustration of why we need a goalscoring centre forward,he`s a willing worker but is never going to get you 15-20 goals a season at least we are spared getting a***e raped by man city on a big wide wembley pitch and no surprise the manchester clubs were kept apart🤔

really don`t think there is that much difference between the bottom half of the premier league and the top six of the championship, there are some terrible sides in the top flight, though admittedly, the top six are miles ahead of everyone
