  1. A better way to phrase it would be 'we used to have 20000 fans'. Then venkys came.
  2. Now they make all the money regardless of whether they own us or not. Perhaps the plan to build houses made them realise how much they could reap from building on that land, its hardly as if our staff don't have interests in property development is it? Stop trying to see positives in venkys, there are none.
  3. We no longer own our training ground, of course that's a positive. Wake up Rev.
  4. I bet they can get round it 👍 the fact they have done this should raise suspicious in that regard.
  5. You are making assumptions, and assumptions are the mother of all....... 11 years of this crap and you think they will do the right thing? What on earth is that based on, previous actions? They will sell the club and keep it, build houses and make more money out of us.
  6. But we have sold it Rev BRFC no longer owns it, venkys do. They may own us but if they sell the club?
  7. The big problem was the paying off of all of Jerome's crappy players, how many millions disappeared? We are being asset stripped, raped and pillaged, Brockhall will make them richer and our club owes them every penny, they have already robbed. It pisses me off some fans still cling to hope after 11 years of this bollocks, there is no hope, it is all false and at the end we will be a train wreck. Wake up people.
  8. Everything has been negative since they bought us, hasn't it. Mid table, stable, well run premier league club, to what we are today, there are zero positives from the tenure. If people took there heads out of the sand and had done back when we could have made a difference, matters could have been different. After 10+ years of seeing fans constantly claim they need time, it could be good, considered alongside the reality of their achievements, you would have thought that these ostrich rovers followers would have realised the truth. Nothing good will happen with these charlatans in charge and we will end up less than when Jack started his journey. Wake up blondie, look at the facts and see the truth. This attitude of constantly giving them the benefit of doubt has played a significant role in our demise.
  9. Aye but it's a journey you'll never stop telling your grandkids about 👍😉
  10. Pleasing to see the pre-contract agreement, as it strengthens our financial position. Needs to develop his physicality but has a great frame to build upon. It is important we ensure that as many of our academy graduates, that show good potential are tied down quickly.
  11. TMs track record at judging players fitness is awful, he excels at getting it wrong and causing injury. He could judge a gurnning competition, but not player's physical condition.
  12. That whole article was an episode in bigging up TM, not concerned about his contract, if I'm here in 5 years time, I'm an honest man etc. Ash does not effect me, he is 16, always planning long term blah blah. Every opportunity they can take, they will.
  13. Can you ask him if he knows his surname rythmns with maggot?
  14. I checked the score for this one on the BBC and it came back with 2-1 us. Game over. But no we go on to draw, I'm still in shock 😱
  15. 10k a week is much better than jobseekers 😅👍 Or living on sausages. I'd want to know if I were in the current situation, he could be a good one if fit and focused. We need another since TM can't move BB up top nor play Butterworth there, not many of the names available have his pedigree.
  16. What about Sturridge? I'd have him in on trial for sure.
  17. We both know any top academy can offer far more than us and if they think he's good enough, will discuss routes to the 1st team for him. We cannot compete financially, 10k a week is a pittance to them too and they will pay it, if they think he is good enough. 500k a year is apparently our 1st team max, he could be a millionaire by 20 or playing with us for buttons in comparison. Training alongside van Dyke (or some other clubs elite) or Ayala/Lenihan? Football is about much more then heart these days and money etc talks. Consider what 1.5m could do for his family too. Whilst it would be great to bring through a great kid, it wouldn't be difficult to see the benefits of a move. Tribunal fees aren't very high in reality compared to a signed player. Anyway can you not agree a pre-contract before 17? We'll see what happens.
  18. Seriously every man and his dog knows what TM excels at, chatting bollocks.
  19. Cause Liverpool come along and offer you 10k a week and a route to their first team, with loans back to the championship to gain experience prior.
  20. Bingo, the man just makes it up as he goes along.
