So so funny that. And we'd already beat them earlier in the season so I've no idea why they were so confident. -

v Huddersfield (a) 10/4/23 @ 12.30pm
Upside Down replied to Sweaty Gussets's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
They should have redeveloped the ground to hold 70000 then given us 65000 tickets. They'll still have sold out in 30 seconds. -

Chaddy, you know you'll save even more money if you walk or ride a pushbike to the Birmingham game. Save the £25 and get yourself a pie. -

But that is the point though. With proper management of the club we can get average attendances of 25000. -
Andy Cole Appreciation Thread
Upside Down replied to SuperBrfc's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
That was the best he scored. Amazing. I think it finished 1-1 that game. The best part is that lone scouser holding his hands out wide as it sails into the top corner. The addition of Yorke was the downfall with Cole. It looked good on paper but in practice it was not the case. Cole and Jansen were a tremendous partnership. -

Thought you were on about Swag then for a minute. Got my hopes up there. -
Small mentality from small time fans of a small time club. They should buy a replica of the 2nd division trophy cos I've no ide what it looks like. I know what the premier league trophy looks like though. Also, weren't they saying that this isjust another game for them earlier in the season?

I'm sure it can be rearranged. -

And the other 3 million watched on the big screens. "You could see the crowds from Jupiter" they'll be saying.

What drugs are you on and can I have some? -
With it being a midweek fixture they will only bring half a million fans with them anyway. As people have said earlier, ban their flags and ban their flasks and bananas.

The games that really choked you
Upside Down replied to broadsword's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
That more than choked me. That game was fixed. Then they were allowedtostay in the league. Unbelievable, the beginning of the end for footballwas that. The Celtic games were probably the worst. We were far better than them but just wouldn't have a shot for some reason.
