To maximise the potential of the younger players you need experienced pros to help shepherd them through things. We have some promising young players but just throwing them in at the deep end because we have nobody else is not the right way to help them develop.

JDT is also still developing as a coach. It's ridiculous that we had one injury and we were in a crisis and being forced into playing a 17 year old on a scholarship contract every single game. The state the squad has been left in is unacceptable. Hopefully some significant changes will be made and things can start moving in the right direction. Venkys out.

Got this today for a tenner. It's absolutely brilliant.

There aren't enough players in the team. There is a difference between gradually bringing young academy players into the team and just throwing them in the starting line up week in week out because you don't have anyone else.

So they've finally made it into the 20th century then.
