The defeat today was entirely on the keeper. The things he got wrong were absolutely basic. Even the third goal was down to a piss poor attempt at dealing with a simple ball into the box. He's got a lot of work to do. The strange thing is that he was solid in the league games he played in.

Funnily enough going into it I never thought we would lose. Don't know why but I just had a feeling.

I think our weight was mid table top division. We punched above that with our many top half and European finishes. We have been well below our weight for ten years.

It will be interesting to see what happens. I can't remember a time when the relegation zone was so well defined at this point of the season. It really does show just how ridiculous English football has become. The only teams with any chance of doing anything of note are the same six every year.

Would be a good game to rotate some of the players. Not that I think Wigan will be a piece of piss but I think it would be great to get some of the other players some game time and get them playing in the system we have. We should be eying up a win though.
