Since GB left it seems that the club doesn't want to reward our best players with improved contracts since it reduces costs short term. Now one of our best players is desperate to sign for a club that finished below us last season.

Shameful that the club is actually known to do this.

Would be shocked if a Premier League club signs him. If those wage demands are correct he is nowhere near as good as he (or rather his agent) thinks he is.

The reported fee is ridiculous. Either it's not close to the actual fee or Rovers got fleeced. More likely that the club is leaking this information to make it look like they made a "significant investment".

For all we know maybe the Colorado manager told him that he has no defensive responsiblities. Hopefully he can perform well for us if we sign him.

Never heard about Tavares before. Went on youtube and watched the highlights from his debut for Colorado Rapids against LAFC. He is number 10 in the video. I know it's just one video but he looks lazy and disinterested. Is he really a defensive midfielder?

I think we never looked likely to win the game. Sheffield U dominated the match and had the better goalscoring chances. Both Hamer and Cannon failed to score when it looked easier to score than to miss.

I think he is a decent Championship footballer with excellent work rate. His lack of pace as well as his decision making on the ball are obvious weaknesses. He also is a very inconsistent performer. What makes me worried about his potential departure is that I don't believe we will sign a replacement of similar or better quality. Fully expecting us to scrape the bottom of the barrel once more.

Despite Sheffield U not having anything to play for I'm not upset with the performance today against a club with far better players. The January transfer window however was a disgrace.

No reason to play Pears now. We know what to expect from him and he should not be our first choice keeper next season. Also his performances have been so poor that he deserves to be dropped. Play Toth for the remainder of the season and see if there's any reason he should be at the club at all.

Unexpectedly a big improvement in the second half but yet another poor result so why is Ismael smiling? Did he forget where we were in the league when he took over?

The fact that Gestede actually is our director of football is pathetic. Still disgusting to even see him mentioned in this context. Should be nowhere near the job.

Ismael comes across as clueless and arrogant and has the charisma of a potato. The performances and results have been pathetic and he doesn't seem to accept any responsibility for it. "The players lack confidence and it's out of my control". "Injuries blah blah blah". Shocking decision to hire him.

Was sceptical about appointing Ismael but zero points from these three relatively easy fixtures is even worse than what I feared. It seems like he has no idea what he's doing.

The tactics clearly aren't working. It didn't work against Derby either and there were no visible improvements against Stoke. Seemingly the game plan is to just cross the ball into the box at the first opportunity. Low quality crosses towards Gueye with a very low chance of success since there are several defenders in position ready to defend. It was so obvious that we needed a different approach and yet Ismael didn't make any meaningful changes until it was way too late. I think his post match interview can be described as reality-defying nonsense. There was nothing to be happy about, and if he's actually pleased with the second half performance it's very worrying.

This might have been Ismael's team talk at half time.

Disgusted with the performance. No improvement and no lessons learned after the horror show against Derby.

Picking Forshaw over Tronstad is brutal. Worrying.

He has decent pace for a central defender but so far that seems to basically be it. Seems to have poor football intelligence and has looked very clumsy. Hopefully he can improve.

Would like to see Pears dropped for the remainder of the season. Toth has not looked impressive in his performances so far, but we really haven't seen much of him. Pears on the other hand has been given so many chances now.

What a poor and spineless performance against the worst team in the league. We might have had a point if it wasn't for Pears but we needed 3 points here.

Derby are piss poor. They just look like they want it more. Big improvement needed in second half. And can Pears please be dropped now?

Obviously there was no plan in place to find a replacement for Eustace even though he wanted to leave for quite some time and had a ridiculously low release clause in his contract.

I think this was the worst performance of the season. Swansea is not a good side. Makes you wonder what Lowe did to prepare the players for the match. We offered nothing going forward and despite the very defensive tactics we also looked poor defensively.

Disgraceful performance and spineless tactics. We should be fired up for this game after our recent performances. Why are we going to Swansea just praying for a 0-0 draw? No way Hedges should be starting.
