There aren't many managers, especially in our bracket, that you couldn't have a negative view on if indeed you wanted to.
-
Yeah, but just Tuesday nights when we're on telly.

There is a lot of "right place, right time" involved when it comes to football management, especially when you're talking modest sized clubs with modest resources. When it doesn't work out, it's invariably seen as the manager's fault, when there will be multiple factors(see Rovers). Before being appointed by Leeds, it does make me wonder if Farke would have been seen as a busted flush, had he been on the list.

	Aye, killer
-
It started poorly, sort of went downhill from there, and fell off the cliff at the bottom. I don't mind losing but we've just given up. It should, at least, speed up the appointment.
-
	Yeah, strange that.

	Or The Rats.

Play offs - hypothetical scenarioM_B replied to Paradoxlens's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Same here, had a couple already talking about travel, saying we'll have to use separate motorways🤣 They're definitely more worried about it than I am.

	Anything good?
-
	I'm guessing that isn't bad for Guinea-Bissau
-
You'd think Billy Mckinlay would have had a go by now.

	🤣

Good shout, Nigel Pearson might strangle 2 at once.

Eustace has gone. Lowe and Johnson are in temporary charge. The club are interviewing for a potential new head coach. What else are you expecting?
-
Just a thought on O'Neil, I'd imagine he had no say at all in transfers at Wolves.
-
Go on Joe, 2 brilliant deliveries,

The last 2 appointments have been good, it's what comes later that cocks it up. I'm not saying it Is or isn't the way to go, but if the club are insistent on a situation that the club provides players and the coach coaches them, then it needs to be made clear. If Eustace concentrated on what he had, rather than who he wanted, he'd realise we are in a strong position squad wise going into the final push. It's the irony of the whole situation that the squad (short term I know) is in a really healthy position with supposedly no input from Eustace. Maybe, just maybe somebody at the club knows how to scout players.

Ah well, either way he hawked himself to Derby, that isn't bullshit is it? If they go down by 3 points, I hope he feels they're the ones we took off them.
-
	He assisted the first goal.

I've been watching back yesterday's game, Dolan was our best forward, didn't realise at the time but the lay off for Forshaw's goal was quality, his finish was really good and his work rate is second to none. To not sign him up and let him go for next to nothing would be a dereliction of duty.
-
Would we get more out of Kargbo without Dolan, or like yesterday with him?
-
Got to be honest, it's hard for me to feel sorry for the bloke when it turns out he was hawking himself around to anyone that would listen. He may or may not have had promises broken. My view is that he probably got the positions covered that he wanted, but with different players than he'd hoped for.

v Plymouth Argyle (h) - 15/2/2025M_B replied to philipl's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard Important win that one, with 2 great goals. Ribero rightly named man of the match, he's lasting games well despite his lack of gametime, you can just tell he knows the position inside out. Someone for Beck to learn from during his short time here.
-
We have our fans commenting on how strong the squad is looking, and we have Eustace leaving, supposedly because of the recruitment.
