What other football club interviews the number of candidates that we are supposed to have interviewed ? All that tells me is they don’t know what they are doing. I’m expecting a repeat of the Coyle/Warnock fiasco.

I’ve said this before but if every time the Chokers came to an important decision they just tossed a coin they would have got at least some of the decisions right. Certainly more than the one they’ve got right in the last decade or so.

Yes, in Rochdale as well. I played for a pretty good team as a lad and when we played teams near the bottom of the league the rule was - if you scored a hat trick you had to play the rest of the game in defence. Everybody went along with that apart from one guy - he wouldn’t. He got 8 goals in one game. He was a baby liner.

Very good player in his day. As was Mark Hughes, but so was Paul Ince. Unknown quantity as a manager. No word on Dyche, I can’t see him coming to Rovers.
