Obviously I’ve not got a dog in the fight but I get the impression that a change of footballing style would be welcomed by lots of Burnley fans.

I suppose they had an excuse with the Covid regulations but that doesn’t wash anymore. If by some miracle we got to Wembley you could bet your house that they’d rock up for the limelight.

You’d still want to keep Dyche then ? Do you not think it’s time for a change ? Nothing is forever in sport, or life for that matter.

I always thought Oates was under rated. We could do with him in todays midfield.

And Franny Lee. I remember Bryan Douglas coming on as sub as we were being swept away by Bell and thinking that it was a changing of the guard. The modern hard running midfield player in Bell against the old time ball player in Dougie.

Same thing happened to my grandson’s Xmas present. He sent it back.

I’m trying to figure out what we’ll be collecting next season. We’ve had a go at collecting midfield players. Last time it was wingers. What next ? Strikers ?

It’s like I said before - it doesn’t matter who comes in. Rovers are a zombie club under this shower.

And you came back for more ! I had a pal who was a City fan and he reckoned that was the best they played through out that cup run including winning the final.

Talking purely as a right back Nyambe is much better. Just as Lenihan is better as a centre half. If you were a winger who would you rather play against ? No contest really.

Just reading Posh had 8 shots on goal with 40% of the ball. QPR had 1 shot with 60%. Sounds like Rovers.
