He seems more sprightly lately which is great to see. I still think this lad will flourish, I know, I know I'm in a minority but I'm rarely wrong when it comes to talent.
-
Yeah I get that. I've met many players over the years though but some are full of shite and some aren't, at least seemingly, genuine, which is what Bradley seemed to be. Saturday afternoon, absolutely horrible weather and he still traps up to watch us, that to me is a great sign.
-
True, I'm not one to be blinded by comments but he was genuine. And tbf why would he move on anyway?
-
I'm trying to think how Tosin or adarabioyo fits into a name tbh Haha I absolutely love the guy and if anyone doesn't appreciate his talent should go and stand at the turf watching hoofball
-
Aye true, maybe a bit of the old stage fright

We haven't missed Rothwell at all, if I'm a bit harsh so be it but in my opinion he's a brfcs enigma and actually average.....

I'd be interested to see how a fiver game went down at Ewood. Tbh I spoke to a lot of their fans yesterday and they were pretty negative about it, saying all the plastics came for that game. It did start emptying second half and pretty much a sea of red by the end. Regardless of that though, we need to tap into the plastics...

Quite ironically last season it was against Brentford away that my mate booked Wembley hotels when we went 2 up. Let's not talk about the aftermath. I feel at the moment that we aren't them guys anymore that throw games away. Fire them balls into the box, Mr flappy will flap and we will win.
-
Won't let me upload the pic for some reason, maybe cos I always get told off by the mods ? But mr Dack was sat in the away end with us normal (ish) folks and was an absolute gent. Spoke so highly of us as said "not a chance" he would leave any time soon
-
Captain flappy will probably gift us a goal tbh, Tony knows his weaknesses all too well and should look to exploit them. #teamwalton
-
His best performance for us I feel. I've been a bit sceptical and wondered what the fuss is about him, my dad watches the U23 games and raves about him. Yesterday I kinda got it. He hasn't been brilliant but you get that with young lads and we should most certainly persevere.

THIS We want Lionel Messi not Adebayo Akinfenwa!

Next week basically defines our entire season for me. Beat them and yep we are 100% promotion candidates. Lose and heads will undoubtedly drop. I'm just pissed off it's an early KO, can't stay over as my missus is nearly due!

Dare to dream fellas! Now THAT was one of the best away days I've ever been on despite the stinking weather. Such a solid performance and who better to judge us than opposition fans who I quote after the game were saying "by far the best team we've had at the valley, you will go up". Literally cannot fault anyone, seeing the main man sat with us just completed the day too

Don't think he's really in a position to comment on costs of attending football anyway he just seems to watch highlights then post inane drivel on here ?

Christ its FIVE pounds a ticket and someone wants cheap transport laying on ? Is that with or without free booze and a packed lunch as well? Its probably the cheapest ticket in the football league tomorrow ffs.

Would you sign Christian Walton

Because some of us aren't blinded by a petty little anti Mowbray agenda refusing to see any good in ANYTHING he does. Meanwhile captain flappy keeps flapping down in Brentford.. -

All depends on price really. Looking more accomplished by the week behind a settled back line and some people really need to admit they were way off with early judgements of him. -
In the years I've seen him play he hasn't improved much at all. He IS a great shot stopper, but he's always had that in his locker. However his general command of the box has not improved, hence he will never be an elite goalkeeper, Brentford is about his level. You could try and blame our coaching staff, which does hold some weight. But he's had what 6 months with Brentfords amazing setup yet they've not ironed his weaknesses out.

Charlton have a great record against the top 6, unbeaten against them I believe. They turn up to frustrate like they did with us at Ewood. They'll no doubt have a go at us on Saturday though in front of a bumper crowd which will suit us more. I wouldn't like to call it, a draw won't do though if we have serious playoff aspirations, this is the time now to put that fantastic run together.

I think we can safely say that means absolutely nothing in this league. So wide open its unreal.
-
Why has nobody else bothered then? He's 26, hardly a kid. Bowen leaving forced Hull into drafting someone in last minute or he would probably still be at Posh right now thinking he's better than he is. They don't appear to be missing him either.
