You saw that when they played us. The teams you expect to be competing for promotion in this league all have much stronger benches than us.

I think his preferred formation is 4-2-3-1, but he likes the option to switch to a 3-4-3 against stronger opponents. He tried it against Sheffield Utd before realising we simply didn't have the CBs to pull it off that day.
