  1. Welsh double header ticket offer.... https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2023/september/30/join-us-for-our-welsh-double-header-/
  2. As predicted... https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2023/september/29/november-double-header-selected-by-sky/
  3. Leonard confirmed as out, Dolan might be back. Can see him playing Dolan through the middle for some reason.
  4. Be amazed if they do free coaches, or subsidise the tickets in any way after the budget cuts in the Summer. Match tickets will be £30, coaches from Ewood will be £40 practically killing off any chance of a huge following on the night. I'd like to think with the amount of fans that haven't been to SB before and the amount we have dotted around the south that we could still get together a couple of thousand though.
  5. We have only lost 3 league games in a row once under JDT back in August last year, so we usually have the knack of getting a result when we don't expect it. a 2-1 win or 2-2 draw for me.
  6. Be very surprised if Whalsted plays. I imagine Leonard plays up top with Tronstad dropping out from that team.
  7. We had a great record at Stamford Bridge in the 90s and early 00's. Went 10 unbeaten there from the start of the Prem until Abramovich took over, then got hammered every year afterwards.
  8. This might clash with the Chelsea game so be prepared for a postponement. I also have never received any correspondence from the Trust despite being signed up since pretty much the beginning.
  9. No. I wouldn't be asking to prise any real info out of the club, and if you do he won't get back to you anyway. Terrible journalist.
  10. We took just over 2k to West Ham last year at £10 a ticket, and that was a new ground for everyone. I don't think we'll take quite that many to Chelsea at £30 a ticket.
  11. According to Wikipedia, the group game against Stoke Under 21s in the same competition that year had an attendance of 1501.
  12. What is our record low attendance for a first team game by the way? Guessing it's one of those EFL trophy games from the 17-18 season, but this will surely be close.
  13. The website and phone lines will miraculously be working tomorrow morning.
  14. A permanent Riverside closure can't be far off surely.
  15. Or, he just isn't very good.
  16. I reckon we'll finally get our sky Friday night home game when they come here in November.
  17. I'd be looking to bring a 3rd man in midfield to play with Trav and Wharton. Move Szmodics up to the front 3 with Sigursson and whoever.
  18. Fully prepared for yet another manager and set of supporters to come out and tell us how amazing we are and how we are the best side they have faced this season after we have just shipped 3 goals and lost fairly comfortably. Will be same next week against Leicester.
  19. Probably because you can't buy in the Blackburn End. I imagine quite a few would have seen that and just not bothered.
  20. Last win there was 94-95 I believe.
  21. Seemed to be plenty in the store on Saturday. Also, can someone ask at the next FF why they aren't getting any of the adult GK shorts in stock? Realise that the uptake on them is probably small, my lad is a budding young keeper who plays at a high Sunday level but with the kids sizes being so ridiculously small we have to get him the adult sizes. He really wants the new GK kit for Christmas but was told on Saturday that they aren't bothering to get the shorts in despite there being loads of tops & socks. Seems daft to me.
  22. Rovers 0 Middlesbrough 2. Seen this script for too many times before.
  23. Surely history tells you that this scenario would never, ever happen here.
