The mega clubs have one already. And they are seemingly happy enough to keep tinkering with the format of that to ensure they get ever richer. Plus, for the English clubs they have the added advantage of being part of a league with a massive profile and following. So I don’t see the ‘big 6’ rocking the boat anytime soon. It’s the clubs like Benfica, Celtic, Ajax that are desperate for one as they are massive clubs but can’t compete because their domestic leagues are local backwaters.

My gym only lets a certain amount of people on the floor at a time, must book your time in advance. Glass screens up between equipment. Everyone provided with their own bottle of sanitiser to wipe down equipment. Is it 100% effective? Probably not, but life has to carry on the best if can without a vaccine...

No it isn’t always judged by success, that’s why ‘Cult hero’ is the other moniker put on players, but not sure he’s that either. He’s been a bright spot in a fairly forgettable era, but ‘club legend’ he ain’t. Nowt ‘silly’ about saying so.

Thank Christ the club/TM looked at the big picture with Samuel. Been largely poor in his time here (and a lot of time injured), I couldn’t believe the clamour for a new contract from a few on here after he had a couple of decent cameos. If we have any aspirations, we must be aiming higher than new deals for Samuel et al.

Best ask the 14 clubs in the Championship that have had them on sale for months...

I wouldn’t worry. He pops up now and again does morten, usually to tell us how small a club we are, so similar approach today...
