Yet when we played Wigan they didn’t bother with the surcharge even though numbers were much bigger than usual. The pie’s must’ve all gone before the players had even warmed up.

? Think we need the QPR game for all our sakes.

Oh I see. Representative sample, I’m sure.

Can’t say I’ve heard that once off this site.

Winter Warm Weather Training Camp (Portugal)

I don’t think Portugal is particularly warm in January anyway (quick Google... high of 13degrees in Lagos today) Do easyJet go to Dubai? -

You what? Who hates him? Who’s being negative? Just facts, no? It’s a short career and he’s spent his late 20s, the peak years for a footballer just training and playing an odd game for the U23s. Surely a loan out could’ve been something to pursue, to keep himself sharp. It’s his prerogative that he’s chosen not to, but you are a long time retired. -

If Smallwood doesn’t move on this month (doesn’t seem likely at the minute), he’ll have pretty much thrown away 18 months of his career. Odd for someone, that though limited, always gave his all. Must be a nice contract. -

Presume he’ll be carrying on having his PT sessions in my gym instead then. -

Anti-Cook now ay? He was a genius when they pipped us to that tin pot League. -

One away win in 40 I read the other day. They have been fairly strong at home in recent seasons, but they are now losing game after game at the DW too, think they’re doomed. -

Current bottom 3 will go for me, only other other possibility will be Charlton. Hudds and Stoke will pull away. -

Free bar post match as part of his contract? -
Rankin-Costello was a similar capture from Man Utd.

A few clubs are now closing in on them. Just imagine the palpitations if we’d had a decent Christmas period... -
Just a bit odd you prefer using a less warm term for the club you obviously care a lot about on a forum of Rovers nuts, a term non fans usually use, but that’s up to you. (Though I suppose not being from the area means it’s just second nature)

It isn’t though, is it Jim (as much as we’d like it to be the case).
-
To be fair, it is usually people from outside east Lancs that do... like Joe. Just grates on folk from the area as you never hear it and it just looks/sounds so wrong.

Blackburn Rovers is perfectly acceptable. Cheers.

R-O-V-E-R-S,

We’ve a decent run of fixtures coming up that take us to mid February. QPR (h), Boro (a), Fulham (h), Hull (h), Charlton (a). Obviously Fulham is the standout challenge, but we don’t lose many at Ewood. Now is the time to make a charge... so in true Rovers style, about 4 points from 15 incoming.
-
No think he’s about right. Trains aren’t cheap this close to the game.
-
We always have decent followings in London due to our sizeable contingent of south east based fans. Just depends on how many trek down from up here to boost it. Even at £5 not too many, I’d wager, with little to play for and trains shooting up in price...
