Presumably it’s Sky’s choice to ridiculously show 6 games simultaneously at Saturday 12:30, but just one on a Sunday. Though saying that in the top flight isn’t it the PL themselves that set the PL broadcast slots that are then sold to the highest bidder. It’s an odd kick off time as all Championship Sunday games this season have kicked off at 3pm - as do the next two Sundays too. Presume because Sky are using the slot to cover the usual 12pm SPL game (there isn’t one this week as it’s a cup weekend).
