What I want to know is what is the approach of the ‘Critical Friends?’ - you know, the group many of us actually fund to go in to bat in the best interests of Blackburn Rovers? When are we going to see some of the first bit of that tagline, and a bit less of the second?

Would he have seen a relegation between 2010 and now? Probably, always a chance that sides of our size suffer that fate. But like most clubs that go down we’d have had every chance to bounce back, and kept the vast majority of our support in the tent like pretty much every other club does, instead we saw a collapse in gates and a never ending farce on and off the pitch.

Blackburn End and Darwen End full of home fans. From memory it was the first trial of ‘Taking Back Ewood’ before season tickets were reduced that summer - leading to an average crowd of 25,500 that season… a year later, well, we know who arrived on the scene.

I’m with Mark. These just aren’t normal owners, I don’t think they will *ever* voluntarily sell regardless of how much of a disaster it’s been. Actually I think they are totally unique in this never mind not normal. Our only hope is with the Byzantine world of the Indian judicial system and I just don’t have the expectation that some of you have that we will get any decisive edicts (though I really hope I’m wrong).

End of the day even WATR are still not budging from their ‘critical friend’ standpoint despite the club rapidly going down the plug hole, so I think you all need to dial down your expectations to how the FF will be approaching tonight
