  1. Liked a pay rise Chris Samba 👍
  2. I don’t care about pricing for Saturdays game, we will be going regardless. But if you read a little further back, I did call for a reduction in pricing for the Brum game earlier in this thread. Just to be clear.
  3. I’m replying to your original remarks wheelton, have a read back if you’ve forgotten what you said. It left me under the impression you were doing more than just moaning on here, I got that wrong. See you on Saturday, I’ll be the one bringing 10 fellow Rovers fans that don’t usually attend week in week out.
  4. You’re doing nothing then…..very admirable, I’m sure the local community who struggle to make games are over the moon.
  5. You're quite right, I shouldn't be on a Rovers messageboard talking about attending Saturdays game, how insensitive of me. As you're a poster with the local community at heart, you must be on the fans forum? or the board of the Rovers Trust maybe? Lobbying Waggott at every turn on ticket prices? Lets hear your story, I'm always ready to be inspired and be a better fan, over to you.
  6. That’s my bridge you’re trying to sell, the bloody cheek of it…..
  7. We now have 14 going against Brum, it was 3 earlier in the week. I don't care about the pricing, its the product on the pitch and feel good factor created by the players, manager and winning games thats bringing us to Ewood on Saturday.
  8. 7 wins in 9 games, it’s been a tremendous reaction after the Fulham hammering All credit to the Mowbray and the players.
  9. Nobody would dispute that Ulrich, but we are being told by posters on this very site that things have changed more recently behind the scenes, if that is true we should be strengthening not selling, that theory will be tested shortly.
  10. I think the point people are making is he'd at least have a go, which is far better than the most of the blockers in the top order. Go down fighting rather than blocking your way to 5 and getting out.....Parkinson and Mahmood should also be in the squad.
  11. Ah! very good 47er 😃
  12. Sadly Broad and Anderson can't help the awful technique of the batting line-up Matty. The bowlers performed well, the fielders dropped the catches, batters can't bat, its going to be a long tour.
  13. How many clubs pushing for promotion sold the leading goal scorer mid season and went up? I can only assume you've been on the vino Paul, what a terrible idea. I could buy into this if it was pre-season, but December......
  14. Lets face it, we wouldn't be having this conversation if the likes of John Williams still ran the club, or if we were, he'd be front and centre explaining the reasoning behind the decision making. Whether its years of missed opportunities to attract new fans the the club with tickets deals, whether its the current state of the stadium or the pitch, whether its missed club sponsorship opportunities, whether its awful service on the concourse or the club shop being threadbare and closed the Saturday before the season starts when the new kit was launched, it matters not, these owners just don't care, add another £20m to the debt at the end of the season, job done.... The billionaire owners couldn't careless about the brand, they couldn't careless about the history or the people of town, thats the bottom line in all of this and it won't change until we have a change of ownership, that much is clear. Badly advised?
  15. Rubbish England, Matt was right…..
  16. Keep the faith Matt, keep the faith.
  17. I was at each one of those for sure, Plymouth in the rain several times too, Brighton, Portsmouth..... Who says the weather is better down South. Safe journey o2g.
  18. Good effort Ian. Been many times in 80's, seemed to always rain on that open end, they even took pity on us one year and put us in the seats.
  19. On paper we shouldn't get anything from this game, a club flush with Premiership cash and parachute money should hammer the paupers from Blackburn, but we all know football isn't played on paper...... Bournemouth 1 Rovers 1 If we manage to get a draw I'd be over the moon and maybe just maybe be persuaded this side could be going places. Looking forward to the challenge, come on you Super Blues.
  20. I wonder if The Glazers at United are using that excuse? How about Rangers, Celtic or Liverpool? Stop apologising for the club, it’s becoming tiresome and embarrassing.
