I still believe selling Raya was the right decision. He cost us far too many points last season. Simple as. I don't know how people can even comment on the coaching when they barely see any of it?

Good start this morning Roy and Denly. Both need a good score today to stay in the team post Ashes series in New Zealand and South Africa I don't agree with dropping Bairstow at all. I think Root need to go back batting at 4. I would like to see Ollie Pope come into the team. Foakes should be the list possible but what's his form been like this season?

Good appointment by Sheff Wed. Monk has a good record at this level. Very surprise that Huddersfield still haven't appoint a new manager -
Burns and Root batting perfectly unless they got good deliveries by Hazelwood. Roy isn't good enough for test cricket.

This is about Bolton not Rovers Stuart -
England bowling tactics to Smith this morning has been wrong. Overton bowling short to Smith at 80 to 82 miles per hour is pointless. I don't know why we haven't tried bowling Yorkers at the stumps Overton isn't quick enough and the pitch isn't quick enough for Medium fast short bowling. Sam Curran might have been a better choice with his left arm bowling.

You say you arent slagging off their recruitment but then next comment you say the players signed wont keep them up? So which one is it roversfan99?. Any names who they could of sign instead of who they did? Speaking to 2 friends who support Bolton they are just happy to have a club to support and games to attend and kids can support. Can you imagine if that was Blackburn Rovers going through what Bolton have been through what would your reaction be? -

Swansea should be aiming for top 10 finish. Doesnt matter if they didnt play they were still collecting a wage there. So the budget was still cut by the figure i mention before. 40 million pounds. -
Nyambe isnt good enough and Bennett has been good enough at right back this season. Rankin Costello has played right back/wing back over the 12 months for under 23's. The 3 goals were down to mistakes and lack of effort as I highlighted after the game. All 4 players should know better given their experience. I wouldnt start Graham as we go direct and for me we should be moving away from that now given the attacking players we got. His role should be from the bench Felt sorry for Gallagher on Saturday as the service was poor. Mowbray needs to be working on Gallagher and Dack partnership before the Millwall home game.

Do you really understand the full situation? We are in September and the best free agents have gone. Who are out there could they have got? Bolton arent going to spending any cash on cash transfers are they after being so close to being shut down. If they stay up then its miracle simple as. Keith Hill would deserve manager of the year -

doesn't matter how much they played but how much they are saving in wages this season! Either could be sold at any transfer window with the Swansea owners being like they are. Cutbacks having effect Steve Cooper? really? just imagine having that sort of money whether wages or fees to have? -
Rankin Costello has been playing right wing back for the under 23's so hardly remiss why no point when we read the match reports, seen match highlights and what posters on here posted on here? Well you seen the goals since the game and we were both there aswell and all 3 goals came from daft stupid mistakes and laziness by 2 players(Armstrong and Johnson) When service is so poor to Gallagher what do you expect? if it had been Graham you would not blame Graham and blame the other players so why the inconsistence opinion?

Really top 2? The job Steve Cooper has done there is so far very good considering their cutbacks there and players sold to fund the club the summer. But that was always the plan at the club from club at the start of the summer. Before Cooper got the job Look at the players sold or released/not given new contracts Outgoing players Bony, Olsson, Fer, Montero(loan), Narsingh, Ayew(2.5 mil), James(15 mil) and McBurnie(17 to 20 20 mil). about 250 to 300k a week save there in wages. so that 12 to 15 mil save per year on wages. Plus fees there. Players they signed Peterson (500k), Bidwell on a free, loan in 4 players in Wilmot, Kalulu, Woodman and Sam Surridge. around 40k in wages a week I would say, so that is nearly 40 to 45 mill a year out of the player budget. wow So you would deffo say they has been massive cutbacks there wouldn't you? -

Bare in mind a week fans didn't have a club tbh and alot of fans will be happy to be games supporting their club. wouldn't you be the same if that was our club? Plus bare in mind Bolton league position and that fact they are likely to go down. And Most important their financial position where they aren't going to be paying big daft wages anymore. Bridcutt is the best signing they made today but Crawford and Emmanuel are good signings at this level. -
I agree with your assessment
-
Against Sheff Utd as many people who went has posted he was good. Compare to players like Armstrong or Rothwell who were poor. Making 3 mistakes/lazy defending by certain players(Armstrong/Johnson) is the reason for the collapse. Well Gallagher will score goals if we actually chances for him. Think Rich Sharpe reported Gallagher only touch the ball twice in the game.
-
You dont see where you could justify starting him? How about on the right of the 3 behind the striker. Second best player againat WBA
-
The service to Gallagher was nothing short of pathetic. Agree on Armstrong. Mowbray decide to play 3 in the centre of the park which we need to see more the ball. So Dack either plays the false 9 or wide or comes off. Buckley was good yesterday. Should start the next game for me. Cunningham was exposed by the pace of the WBA wingers and the fact that Armstrong did nothing to help him
-
no one does. Buckley didn't have big imoact on the game and make us play better and keep the ball better. For me, Travis was our best player by far. Buckley probably next with Bennett, Williams just behind. Cunningham has had 1 bad game. that's it. We have a manager who wants to play abit more possession football but not suicide football but in the right areas and times. look at the quality of the squad not just the manager. Fulham have the best squad in the league, West Brom squad is decent enough and full of pace in wide areas, Boro still have quality players like Randolph, Shotton, Ayala, Friend, McNair, Clayton, Howson, Saville, Assombolonga and Wing. Any team under Warnock is tough and he knows what the league is all about. I said before the Charlton game they wouldn't be any pushovers or easy to play to against like some fans thought Thought it was a soft free kick given by ref on keeper

I think you are right to be honest. People thought Stoke would be top 6(including myself) and look whats gone on there. League is very competitive and we are 3 points off top 6 and 3 points off bottom 3. Shows how open this league is. would you say Swansea or Charlton are a top 6 side squad wise?
