Well the games I've seen of the under 23's games I've not been impressed. People like @Parsonblue, @JoeH and @Stuart have seen more of the under 23's than more this season

well if Chapman had perform and show the correct attitude in January then maybe he would have started games. Lets see who we target/sign first before we see if there is an improvement

do we have the budget to get them and are these players there at the right price or not on depth, you build a squad that allow the manager to make changes over a period of time when you are playing 4 games in 10 days and allow Mowbray the chance to make 6 changes and we still win the game.

No roversfan99 my point isn't irrelevant. Cant believe you still going on about league 1 title that is 19 months ago. You would have thought by now you would have move on like many posters have. If you that bothered about the league 1 winner trophy take a trip to Wigan and have a look at it. we are close to the playoffs and that's should be everyone focus not keep looking back at not winning league 1 winner trophy. Like I said at time when we finish second that promotion was the aim and we achieved it.

Getting promoted out of league 1 was a must after seeing how Sunderland are struggling to get out, Then It took Leeds United 3 years to get promoted from league 1 back to championship, and it took Sheffield United 6 seasons to get promoted from league 1 back to the Championship. Thankfully Mowbray got us out at the 1st attempt and deserved huge credit for doing so
