I do agree somewhat but given that Eustace, Park, Owen and Gestede have never worked together before you will get disagreements over players ability and opinions on them. Yes I agree we should know who we are targets, fees involve in the deal(transfer fee, wages, agent fees) and will they want to come here. You should have a shortlist of 5 players for each position we want signing and we should be in the final stages of that process. We should be spending at least £5m before the window ends for me.

Eustace rates Dembele, Park and Gestede probably don't or think there is better value out there. You always get internal disagreements cos different people have different opinions, that's life. Would I pay £1.5m for Dembele? debateable depending who else is on the shortlist, also can Eustace get him playing well and be an asset for us this season and next?

Travers would be very good signing as keeper we could get whether its permanent deal or a loan. He is upgrade on Pears. Nicko did the story this morning that Strasbourg and Burnley were interested in him. Similar view on Drommel but given his age and experience of playing Dutch top division football I would take him. I would prefer a permanent signing as a GK who will be number 1 here for a few years. Thanks for answering the question.

Eustace isn't running recruitment but he is part of process just like he should be. You cannot sign players without Eustace approval. Eustace did sign off on Gueye and Ohashi cos he liked what he witnessed from what he was presented by Park and Gestede in the report. I would be happy with Dembele coming here but I think we can do much better than Ruddy. I would ideally like it to be permanent signing, but Rushworth coming here would be good signing overall but short term solution for me.

That's what they were saying yesterday about the game on Radio Lancs saying performance were awful.. Discord in the camp?
