I don't know if this was Waggott's appointment but given what GB has said repeatably about always a shortlist of replacements for JDT position and that GB presented these lists of different options to the board to decide who to appoint. JDT clearly had a way out of the club before the QPR game and he was about to take it. I do wonder how long Rovers knew about the Sweden talks and I do think it would have been best to part ways last summer given what we know now On Eustace, he isn't media savvy like JDT was or Allardyce was. Its probably a side of the job he doesn't like doing

I agree. We had John Williams and Tom Finn who totally understood the fanbase and what Rovers meant to the fans. Commercially, They appointed Paul Hunt who was from Commercial background as Deputy CEO but didn't allow him to run the club for them. I would like to see a new CEO with commercial background, Deputy CEO with football experience, new commercial and Marketing head, then a new football Club secretary.

VAR is down to the VAR match official interpretation and that's why they get it wrong some of the time. Unlike Cricket where it is 99% accurate and it is either yes or No answer. Football isn't Plus VAR takes far too long often and zero communication with fans in the stadium about the decision and how it been reach.

I'm going on Stadium tour with my dad in May This is we needed a forward thinking CEO with commercial background who can grow the fanbase through a sensible and logical pricing policy, increase commercial sponsors around the club especially in the Stadium, improve the match day attendance and atmosphere, etc.

Also having proper pricing structures to get fans who don't a season ticket for various reasons into Ewood Park more regular and grow the fanbase. Also having a CEO and board of directors who understand the local fanbase and the local economic situation for working people in the area. Having a good commercial director or manager who help the situation. I have suggested in the past a sensible pricing for STH and match day prices focusing on filling Ewood Park and growing the fanbase

Exactly why VAR doesn't get everything right. I would have never bought it in cos it doesn't get 100% right and left it to the ref on the field and bringing in more ex footballers who don't make it at professional level as match officials cos at least they will understand the game much better
