no surprised by that sacking. Writing was on the wall in the summer by the poor recruitment there Maybe waiting until they got close to appoint their new manager in there. I've seen Lamouchi and Warnock linked with the job already

v Chelsea (a) - 1/11/23 - Carabao Cup

Its an excellent point made by yourself regarding certain players being tired or carrying slight injuries. I would expect 6 or 7 changes at least. Carter will play given he is out of Norwich match probably alongside Wharton. Gamble at right back. Markanday, Wharton, Garrett, Moran and Ennis will start this game. So a team like Wahlstedt; Gamble, Carter, Wharton, Pickering; Wharton, Garrett, Moran; Markanday, Ennis, Dolan. -
England pick the same team for the India game. Looks like a slow wicket already. Buttler has chosen to bowl first.

Also people have commented why didn't he bring on Ennis or Telalovic in the second but who were you going to take off when Leonard, Markanday and Moran have come on? -

Not the result we all wanted today but we created more enough chances to score at least 2 goals today. Should have been 1 nil after 50 seconds. Then 2 other opportunities first half to score. Cullen for Swansea scored a good goal. Looks decent, supposedly someone we looked at signing in the summer. I was surprised that Wharton and either Ennis or Leonard didn't come on at half time. Also surprised that Markanday came on. I would have triple change at half time with Wharton, Moran and Ennis on for Sigurdsson, JRC and Brittain. Leonard's movement is very good and he should have scored both chances he had. Szmodics also had a great chance. We were sloppy today. We got 6 points from 3 games this week which is good return on those 3 games. Time to look forward to Chelsea and Norwich this coming week now. -
I do feel that the squad we picked wasn't right for the world cup and we should have picked Dawson as second starter with Rashid. I thought India would win it before the world cup started down to conditions. I don't think England preparations for the world cup were right. We should have gone to India early and maybe even tried to play a series in India or sub continent Buttler isn't going to come out and say he should be relieved on his captaincy duty is he? I do think he should and we should build for the world cup in 2027 and appoint Crawley as Captain Mott has been in the job barely 18 months so maybe we need calm down with this sack talk cos you did the same with McCullum during the Ashes.

I wasn't fielded 12 players but if Hyam was fit he would start now he is out injured Wharton plays. Sam Hart was that player. when Farke was at Gladbach he had in the first team squad training and coming on in 3 games. Might not been many minutes but he still made those appearances -
won't he be the replacement for De Bruyne who might leave City this season? Eze is more of attacking centre midfielder then left side attacking player

That's was Mowbray slow build despite him actually spending 3m on Armstrong and 7m on BBD plus signing Palmer and Reed on loan

For me. His work rate and commitment plus being a senior player and leader he is obvious choice -

Very simple for me, only one man for the job Sammie Szmodics True, plus we are working up on match fitness so he can play 75/90 per game. It's slow process but we don't need him picking up any injuries either. -

I get all that to be honest but we are more solid defensive with Hill, Brittain and JRC in the team -
No it's hasn't but he's been there 2 weeks. Its was strange appointment considering how well John Eustace had done there.

Sadly they cost money we didn't have in the summer. Think Ennis and Leonard could be this sort of player for us. Telalovic is work in progress also. If Wahlstedt is more comfortable at this stage punching the ball then we try to get him catching the ball. He might be working on catching the ball in training trying to work on improving that part of his game Woodman at PNE for me. -

Why moved your best player from his best position? Why moved players from the positions where they are playing well and we are winning? -

Great away win at one of the toughest away ground. We had to play pragmatic way to win there. JRC, Hill, Carter, Tronstad and Brittain our outstanding players. 3 wins on the bounce and up to 10th now. Brittain's goal was outstanding. Carter my man of the match today. -

sold over 600 according to Rovers police twitter account Dropping Szmodics would be massive mistake. He set the tempo for the team and he knows when to press. Look at his attitude in the final minutes against Cardiff pressing their keeper. Would Wharton done that? -
depends where you go and what size you get from your favourite place you go. I paid £7.50 for my Doner and chicken kebab after Saturday game and always it was good as always. Been going to the same place for years now. Never had a bad takeaway from there. As I have shown it is reasonable price as Hull City have shown and they won the best food in football stadium in 22/23 season. Also as I have already pointed out Sodexo did the food for red rose suite when the comedy club night was on and charge a fiver for salt and pepper chicken or BBQ pulled beef burger. so the prices I have suggested are fair and reasonable. Currently our food and drinks is boring, poor quality and expensive.
