  1. I blame both actually for such a pathetic performance and I wanted an apology for that performance from Mowbray, players and the club. So you want to not blame the players for any performance at all then whether its good and bad. Ok I remember that for next time then then its all down to the manager/head coach Marina Granovskaia was the mastermind behind the move for Thomas Tuchel I believe
  2. I was thinking on building on those fans enjoyment of the Sheffield United game by offering the PNE game for a cheaper price.
  3. Man City and Liverpool battered United and they deserved to win but instead of looking at Solskjaer why not look at the players and their performances? The 3 defeats they have recently one key player have missed that in Varane. Also i wouldn't have signed Ronaldo at all either. Wasn't the player they need at all. I wouldn't say United are bigger than Juventus at all. Give Solskjaer with this squad and see where they finish. They finished second last season. Did an excellent job at Spurs, Southampton and Espanyol and how he transformed his club fortunes and the football he played there was impressive 2 massive German and Bayern legends at the club and have/are running the club is very similar Manchester United winning or losing doesn't affect me at all. Clear its affect you alot
  4. Why not just offer people who attend the Sheffield United game the Preston game for 10 pounds and anyone who didn't its 20 pounds in all areas?
  5. clearly didn't read the article properly but its the Ibrox channel who is reporting the story first. What Commentary/punditry work would he be doing on International football weekend?
  6. Why would Simeone leave Atletico Madrid or Allegri leave Juventus for United? I think Pochettino is the obvious choice for United for Solskjaer at the end of the season. I fully understand the size of United thanks roversfan99 No I don't think Solskjaer is a poor manager at all. One of the reasons he moved to back 3 was how easy Liverpool ripped them apart in that game. Sancho was signed cos he wanted to 4-2-3-1 formation but things and circumstances changed. Plus Ronaldo only came available from Juventus after he asked to leave days before he moved to Old Trafford Bielsa? give over. Hardly pulling up trees at Leeds and you clearly don't understand the Manchester United Leeds United rivalry either. well since I mention 2 names not just Kahn but of Beckenbauer who was Bayern for a short term and national manager for 6 years. But you choose to overlook him tho. Kahn is a Bayern legend and in a very important role in the club but it doesn't effected Bayern at all. If anything they have young talent manager in Nagelsmann who doesn't look affect by working for one of the world biggest clubs or having Kahn or Beckenbauer around the club.
  7. Look like Gerrard is set for the Astok Villa job from Rangers https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/16692768/steven-gerrard-aston-villa-manager-rangers/?utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=sunfootballtwitter&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1636551297-2
  8. Shocking prices for the Preston..would have like to different offer around like 10 pounds to anyone who went to the Sheff Utd game otherwise 20 pounds for people who didn't attend that game
  9. But you overlooked the fact he was allow to a very good squad by given time and patience. I'm sure Fergie wouldn't put any blame on Busby for the first few seasons. Like I said before I think Ferguson being around is actually a good thing for the club, manager and players
  10. I dont see that way. Fegie was allowed to build a squad and time. Plus he won 5 trophies before Sir Matt Busby passed away including the first PL title(92/93 European cup winner(90/91), European Super Cup(91) He built a good squad before he won the first Premier League with the like Schmeichel, Parker, Bruce, Pallister, Irwin, Giggs, Ince, Robson, Sharpe, Hughes, Kanchelskis and McClair. Very good squad there.
  11. Who do you think they should realisic target then? I don't see realistic options right now to take over. I think they should realistic target PSG coach Pochettino and Ajax coach Ten Hag. I don't think they can get Allergi from Juventus or Ancelotti from Real Madrid. Plus Klopp or Pep or Tuchel aren't going their current PL job to take the United job. I don't seen what the problem is why Sir Alex Ferguson there. Surely it a help him being there. Proper football person around just like Bayern Munich have former Bayern keeper Oliver Kahn as CEO of Bayern or when a footballing legend Franz Beckenbauer as President for 15 years. Doesn't seem to harm that club over the last 25 years SAF is a major factor and player at the club I believe. I see him being around as a massive positive for the manager
  12. I think it probably more to do that the Glazers and Woodward don't want to make a decision. Plus didn't Woodward leave shortly his role as Chairman there so does he want of his last decision to be sacking Ole. Plus what does Bobby Charlton and Sir Alex think. Another factor is there a clear candidate to take over and is he currently available? probably not.
  13. Manchester United have no plans to replace manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer despite Saturday's defeat in the Manchester derby. There is no indication from the club that the Norwegian will lose his job during the November international break and, as things stand, he is expected to be in charge for their next Premier League game against Watford. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: No plans to replace Manchester United manager despite City defeat | Football News | Sky Sports
  14. well if Hughton and McCarthy tried to play abit more attacking football and different formation maybe they got better results meaning they wouldn't have been sacked.
  15. Favre and Fonesca has been linked with a number of PL clubs but never accept the job offer or been offered the job from those clubs.
  16. Well they would need to be appoint firstly and I don't think any of them would have lasted here as long as Mowbray. Forest fans had so got fed up with Hughton and his tactics, Boro fans at Warnock plus Gav posted from a Boro supporter friend. Mowbray has gained the owners trust clearly and it's seem important to them Yes Cardiff did get promoted in recent years. But managers like Warnock and McCarthy have a short shelve life before fans get bored of them and their tactics. I still wouldn;t want any of Warnock, McCarthy or Hughton here as Mowbray's replacement.
  17. FM22 is brilliant to play. Only started playing it since yesterday but really enjoying it
  18. Just watched the 1st season of the Newsroom on Sky Box sets. Brilliant series. Just season 2 and 3 to watch this week Then Billions series 5 to watch and then start to watch Succession season 1 and 2 in the next week before Rovers are back in action
  19. Lets see if Wilder can reproduce the goods now at Middlesbrough like he did at Sheffield United # Look at Hughton, McCarthy, Warnock all sacked this seasons who people wanted here
  20. Not interest in theorising what they might get wage wise from other clubs. They have been offered new improve contracts. an yes I am very interested who we signed here regardless who the manager is Yes he had Stuart Webber at Norwich who control everything. Webber has improve and grow the Scouting network since joining them Mike, You need to be very realistic who we can and should appoint. No chance of any of those 5 names coming here Other than the manager who else have they been supplying the club with
  21. What about these managers who have played for the club they managed like Conte at Juventus, Ancelotti at AC Milan, Howe at Bournemouth, Keegan at Newcastle, Guardiola at Barca. All had success at them I'm not surprise Dyche isn't even in the running as he isn't head coach type that Villa want. As others have said Dyche runs the show at the Dingles and he won't get that at most PL clubs Well they are in talks to bring Michael Emenalo as sporting director at the club who is a fan of Howe. Also he worked at Chelsea in a similar role there.
  22. Which he is head coach and was picked by Norwich Sporting Director Stuart Webber for the job.
  23. Martin left MK Dons for Swansea so he left for bigger club. Norwich need a head coach that fits their squad there got. Well he is former player and captain there during the Lambert years there so I imagine he would be popular there. I would want Lampard but I see Knutsen is the favourite for the Norwich head coach on Sky bet
