I never said we shouldn't make any signings but I would make 6 or 7 quality signings that would improve the squad but I would like to give this squad a chance to prove whether they step up in PL. Similar to what Brentford did when they got promote. no one is accepting defeat before you start but I wouldn't make wholescale changes to a squad that got us to the PL but give them a chance to prove whether they are good enough whilst making 6 or 7 quality signings.

I think we need to make 3 or 4 changes just to freshen it up. I do agree that others that the league is more important and getting a playoff place should be main priority this season Given that Adam Wharton isn't part of the squad that travelled to QPR and is based at St Georges park with rest of the squad I don't see how he starts this game

I would give the bulk of this squad the chance to PL football if we get promote but lets get there first.

Chelsea need to stand by Potter and back him. They have signed lots of players so clearly will take time to gel. Training sessions must be awful when you got over 30 players to work with. Bohely and his merry men need to back him. Also its great to see Chelsea supporter trust come out and call out the people sending deaths threats to Potter and his family. uncalled for and these people need finding and jailing for it

QPR without Dykes and Willock are a poor team but appointing Critchley was a massive mistake by them. Ainsworth will keep them up but he will need some new signings to improve next season Travis's pass to Szmodics was outstanding and if Kevin De Bruyne did it the media would be mentioning it all day long. JDT has talk in the past after having players who can run in behind and have pace in the team.

Rovers should be looking to get a bumper crowd for the Norwich game on Good Friday. 10 pounds for Adults, 5 pounds for concessions and pound for under 16's. I think you will have over 12k Rovers fans on that game regardless of it being on TV and early kick off. Big game against one of our league rivals and top side I can see your point but for one off game I don't see the need for Season ticket holder to be given a discount for the club shop or even the concourse speaking as season ticket holder.

You made a very good and excellent point there that the O'Brien if we did sign him would be our best midfielder. EFL make their case on the same day. Hopefully a decision within 24 hours. The EFL needs to reform his transfer decisions procedure and decisions on transfers and if they are late or not should be done and sort within 48 hours by independent person or committee of 3. This has gone on for a month. I'm pleased Rovers have kept pursing it and given what we spent on legal fees it proves some people opinion that they are just done for show. They clearly think they have a case and the lawyers we are using must think so aswell. Given that Forest have spent what they have and signed over 25 players shows their chaos transfer policy.
