He is squad player now for me, I'm not saying he should be starting every game but he would be on my bench at least and he gives you hard work, team player, can play in 4 positions and score the odd goal. You need these types of players in your squad and I think having 2 or 3 players who can play 2 or 3 different positions are good assets in a squad.
