  1. This will be massive problem for some. I would want to be similar area to my normal seat if I did renew. So many different questions to answered by football authorities and Government before anyone enters a stadium
  2. Well no demands on number of different things like Wages and budgets will play a massive part of appoint any wages at this level espically now post covid. I am surprised by Holden being push for the job but if he wants it and working to work under that structure and be more modern day head coach then old fashion manager than fair enough. I would imagine it will be his wage demands and his vision for the club which will be different from the Owner and CEO. Is Hughton likely to get Bournemouth or Watford job?
  3. It would be part of any decision that I have to make aswell as the number of other things I have posted on this subject Well thats a massive problem and will put off fans for buying to things can go back to normal
  4. well thats would upset alot of fans cos they have their seats for a number of years what a group of friends who go together and travel in 1 car cos only 1 drives how can they go game when according to local restrictions you can car share with other people not from your household? Will families from different households be allow to sit together as normal?
  5. It would appear that Mowbray knows his budget if he meeting players and speaking to clubs about players from the info certain posters have posted on here. But the only way we will know if they do an interview with local paper or Rovers in house media. Rovers will have staff at the club who can authorised transfers like Cheston if Waggott was away. or Waggott could sign the paperwork whilst on holiday via Docusign if the club using that. didn't say everyone is on holiday but a number of staff from Rovers was away on Holiday like Waggott, Slivester, Gill and Mowbray last week. The window has been open for a week. Alot of Players are away on Holiday as you can see from their social media posts on different sites.
  6. Those 2 issues are some of questions I have for the club concerning entering Ewood Park.
  7. so you view is similar to mine by wanting much more info before signing up? What cash flow shortages? The government was allowing trials inside sport stadium this summer to decide on what capacity could be used. I agree. Wait and see. If we get hit with second wave and football is suspending or fans are suspending from entering stadiums then clubs will have sort out refunds and different options If cases continue to rise and we will be looking to enter a stadium again this season until we get vaccine. .
  8. You keep bringing on Hughton's record but his Bristol City board don't feel that he isn't right man to take them forward and their strategy of of head coach not manager then why appoint him. Hughton was once a novice when he was Newcastle head coach. When you read the local Bristol paper who have reported what Bristol City want from their next coach and their plan for future. have you ever took their chance read those article and understand what the Owner of the club actually want going forward?
  9. would you sign up for a season ticket then? or would you want to know a number of things before entering to buy a season ticket?
  10. why do presume that it was Hughton who put the brakes on? maybe his interview wasn't good or his wage and coaching staff demand are too much for the club? or maybe he doesn't agree with the Board there on the way forward. If you remember they have been reports by local journalists in Bristol they want a head coach not a manager. Was Cook even interview by them? Does he fit into what they want in terms of head coach. They supposedly interviewed 8 people from what I read in the local articles. So if he fits what type of person then so be it.
  11. Rev, most players and agents are holiday currently. Just be patient and time. Seasons on 12th September and the window is open longer this summer
  12. From an article online in the Sun website The administrators have also been frustrated by two more preferred bidders failing to sign up in the last few days. The asking price of the club is dropping and that may bring Wigan Warriors RL chief Ian Lenagan back into play.
  13. Bristol City are leaning towards appointing Dean Holden as their next head coach according to local reporter
  14. they need a new owner and new manager in asap unless they want Richardson to stay on.
  15. It was reported before the hearing took place by the Athletic on 24th July thats the administrations thought they wouldn't win https://www.brfcs.com/mb/index.php?/forums/topic/34529-wigan-administration/&do=findComment&comment=2084330
  16. I can understand that K-Hod that some would. I said I wanted more info and details before committing either way of how the stadium would be covid safe, facilities within the ground, Where you would be seated and if you generally go in a group can you still do that even with the current restrictions within East Lancashire you can't meet up so why would that be allow inside a stadium. so how are Luton Town board going to decide which of the 6500 season ticket get in if the government says you can only have 20% of stadium capacity inside?
  17. Lancs Telegraph did a report on the season ticket on Saturday. Rovers are waiting to see the advice from EFL and government 1st. Posted the link in the season ticket thread
  18. Do you think people are more worried about coronavirus, losing their job or hours being cut back than buying a Rovers season ticket? Other clubs might be selling them. Good for them but when they won't be allowed in or majority wont how are they going to decide who enters the ground? or even better don't say anything and focus on making signings. Why tell other teams your budget or any hints?
  19. But cheaper to buy in league 1 and wage bill would be much less to run the club. Plus are they close to a new owner buying the club or not? cos at the minute its seems they are miles off from it
  20. how can you sell Season tickets when we don't know if we even been allowed in stadium all season or even at all. Why does the manager have to tell us what the budget is?
  21. I haven't said everything is hunky dory tho have I? You see what you want to see again. 22 year old(Iversen) with 2 season of playing 1st team football as a keeper instead of our own Andrew Fisher who has barely played any 1st team football like last season which he played zero league games which one would you prefer?. I suggested Dillon Philips would be ideal but without knowing the budget and thats we need a centre back and left back for the 1st eleven of the team. So you have to weigh up your options as Josh's post last week pointed to that and Mowbray has also said in the past. and Jason Steele was poor here so why would we bring in back for? Well you can all judge them when they arrived here and play in a blue and white shite surely? I don't know much on Whiteman at all. Only what Sparks has said about the type of player he is. Muric just what I seen for his team he played for. Just imagined his that situation did happen tho? who knows what money there is but at least some posters with connects are sharing their info with the board.
  22. If he isnt a good shot stopper Marshall why do we want him? Phillips or Muller would be ideal for a cash buy solution to the keeper problem.
  23. Is Cook close to getting a job? Does Richardson want to become a manager again?
  24. Cos see Wigan going to CAS which would throw the football season into total chaos. Do Wigan want to responsible for that? Plus it still doesn't help Wigan financial as their wage bill is still too high and still no owners yet
