So its appears that new head coach will allow to bring in own number 2 and maybe one or 2 more staff member but have to keep couple of remaining staff in place. So that will reduced your choices straight away. So Who would I actually go for now, I'm not unsure to be honest right now.

I think if you wanted to go for up and coming head coach then Liam Manning is the obvious and clear choice. Would we pay compo I don't know tbh. Other than if you looking out of work head coaches/managers then I think Rovers will look to be appoint someone like Phillip Cocu, Jonathon Woodgate, Mark Warburton, Stuart Pearce, Xisco Munoz, David Wagner. I do feel Rovers will appoint someone who hasn't been really linked or at all with the job. There hasn't been alot of rumours in the past 48 hours so It appears that our search is in private domain and nothing is leaking on who has made the second interview stage. Lets hope he not coming in as fitness coach then? 🤣 If he is sold then we need to bring a pacey striker and left winger to replace as part of the 6 signings I think we need. But I would give Jack Vale a chance of being part of this coming season squad.

Its been a month now since Mowbray was going. I explained in detailed the way the interview and selection of the preferred candidate should have happened. I can't be any more clearer than I have been in the previous post. The announcement should have been today.

what and who is a decent sponsor? You seem to complain about the Totally Wicked sponsoring the club but its a local company that employ local people that wants to sponsor its local football club. What other offers where they given the current financial situation of alot of businesses out there. They are recovering from the last 2 years problems.

Yes you could have done if you wanted. But I would have wanted to speak 6 candidates and whether they fit the club's footballing strategy and then pick one from those interviews

We know from the LT time line that 8 candidates were interviewed last week. Now for me, Waggott and Pasha should have said these are 3 we want to Second interview to the owners. The owners authorise this to happen on the Saturday. So you line up the 3 candidates to be interview on Sunday and Monday Morning at Stanley House for example. Then you speak to the Owners by phone or video call/skype to recommend who you think the chosen Candidate should be and then you arrange a meeting with that candidate and his agent where you agree personal terms, footballing budget and how many staff they can bring in. Plus show them around the Club ground and training ground.

I don't mind the interviewing process at all but its the time it has taken now. Today should be day we should be announcing the new head coach and allowing him 10 days to bring his own staff in. from what we know that LT is telling the fan base that the club has interview 8 candidates whilst you have Glen and I seen others on other social media sites saying Farke is first choice and he has been talks with Rovers owners for over 2 months. So I question what the hell is going on at Blackburn Rovers and who is actually in charge of this head coach search and the process behind it. Where and who Rovers look at now I don't know tbh.
