I would agree that Both Elliott and Harwood-Bellis have been good signings. Similar to when Harrison Reed was here but I do agree with you that we shouldn't have too many. But we do need to develop our own players and a manager who is brave enough to play them when our 2 first choices are out like the right back situation
-
I think Harwood-Bellis have been good loan signing and maybe Mowbray should have signed him in the Summer instead of Injury prone Ayala. But I do think we need to develop our own young players and I don't see why Pike, Burns or McBride wasn't given a few opportunity towards end of the season. Carter has developed at Burton and been playing really well there. Hopefully he can play his part in the first team next seaon

I think you are crazy Bbrovers2288 thhat you are happy to see Armstrong go this summer -
Haven't we offered Nyambe and he hasn't sign it? So Yes I would have start Pike for a couple of games When you say replace Armstrong with McBride or Burns are you talking about if Armstrong leaves this summer or just in the last few games this season?

Season finale: Rovers vs Birmingham City

Its good to end the season with a win but this season hasn't been good enough and its been disappointed not even to challenge for the playoffs places. No idea why Downing and Evans even came on when both won't be jhere next season and it was the perfect opportunity to play Buckley and Davenport for a full game or play someone like Whitehall from under 23's The blame has to place at the door of Tony Mowbray and Mark Venus. We haven't been good enough results wise and the recruitment over the past 2 seasons simply hasn't been good enough. We should be challenging the top 6 if not top 2 when we have a striker Adam Armstrong scoring 29 goals. Time for a change of manager and I would like to see a number of changes in the overall management at the club -
I think you are wrong and shouldn't based that they wont become 1st team regulars here on one game. I think at 3 or 4 of the starting line tonight should be part of our first team plans for next season McBride or Burns, Pike and Whitehall would have been on the bench in the last few games possible starting them.. Why not start Pike for a couple of games?

based on what? I think Pike, Burns, Whitehall and McBride should be become 1st team regulars here

Me and yourself want a change a manager now. Hopefully it's happened after Saturday game. We see. But whoever the manager is doesn't stop the fact we need a good defensive midfielder signing. -
The pandemic has stop fans attending games for the under 18's and 23's for the past 14 months which is Shame as I really enjoyed watching them. Really enjoyed the cup wins against Preston and Arsenal in February and March of 2020

more money and more job security. We don't know if they have have faith in Mowbray. Without being inside the Stadium we simply don't know. Of course I would like a change of manager and the new manager to make giving Lenihan and Travis new contracts a priority so we don't have another Armstrong situation again -
I meant Downing is retiring. Apologies for the confused. He travelled to the Chelsea game with the under 23's to be assistant to Billy Barr for the game. According to Mowbray he has been part of the under 23's coaching staff for some games. I thought Downing was good in his first season until lockdown came then after that he was awful to be honest and I wouldn't have give him a contract for this season. What can he add to the Mix? I don't know. As we haven't been allowed to go to games this season I can't say. I thought Johnson and Dunn was a good coaching partnership for the under 23's when they were in charge of it
-
I agree that its the correct decision that Holtby goes. I hope Rovers don't renew Johnson, Evans, Bennett and Bell contracts. They need to be release On Downing, He is possibly coming in as under 23's coach under Billy Barr for next season if he retire
