Also they have 6 1st team players out injured at the minute. Plus their 3 summer signings were 22/23 years old who was cheap signings and will improve as time goes on. Also cutbacks will happen in the summer when players are out of contract like Howson, Friend, Ayala, Shotton, Gestede to leave. That's another 100k plus saving there

I would say that Leech is the best spin bowler. Parkinson is good at county level but unsure if is test quality. Agree on Overton but isn't Olly Stone still injured. I would imagine the test side will be this Burns Sibley Denly Root Stokes Pope Buttler Archer Leach Broad Anderson

Well like Gibson has said and done, he has cut back the budget and not willing to invest at the levels he did under Pulis and Monk. He wants to used the academy players and bring them through. If you look at the match day squad last night, they was 10 players that came through the academy and in the starting team was 6. Woodgate knew these academy players coming through and he said he would give them a chance. So I guess that one of main reasons he got the job. I think Stoke squad need a shake up again. O'Neill said last night his squad is overload in certain areas and hasn't got enough wide players he wants. I believe they have 37 players there with first team experience. So if that's the case they need at least 13 to 14 players out the door in January. I believe N'diaye is on way to a club to Turkey to complete a move there I feel that Wigan will go. and then 2 clubs from Luton, Charlton and Barnsley for the 3 places to go down

We picked Hilton from Everton in the summer and I think him and Fisher will be good keepers for us in the future. I'm not that bothered whether they are from Blackburn and join us 8 years old.
