  5. Of all the amazingly short-sighted proposals Rovers have come up with in recent years, this is the most counter-intuitive. Good for the environment ? Nonsense, as you can still print at home. This is clearly a measure to reduce workload in the ticket office & save costs. How an organisation can alienate potential customers so readily is beyond me. Inclusivity goes beyond race/gender/sexuality - it also includes age & those who are differently abled. This is saying to those without the hardware &/or technical savvy that they aren’t wanted. Absolutely bizarre.
  6. https://www.brfcs.com/magazine/podcasts/the-round-table-show-rovers-fighting-talk-2023-semi-final-1/39 In yet another shameless rip-off of, sorry, that should read wholehearted tribute to, BBC 5 Live's much loved 'Fighting Talk' show, the panel tries their hand at a Rovers version once again as a seasonal treat. This is the first semifinal & features guests Louis Gee, Ryan Hildred, Michael Taylor & Roger Whiteside. The questions are posed by Ian Herbert & the sound effects were curated by Stuart Grimshaw. Which two panelists will emerge to go through to January's Grand Final ?

  18. BRFCS is adding £250 to the pot...we are therefore now at £2807... £193 needed for an amazing £3k total...can we...? 🙏
  19. We have some astonishing breaking news - the appeal closes in just a few hours time & we have smashed through the £2500 barrier. We have received a significant donation tonight & we have reason to believe that it may well have come from a club employee. We don't want to breach any confidentiality for obvious reasons but thank you mystery donor - it is very much appreciated ! Even a donation of £2 makes a difference so if you can & want to, before midnight please as we will hand over funds to the Rovers Community Trust asap so they can spend it to help the kids on their programmes.
  20. Our pod with Jon Stead…lovely guy
