  1. Yep. Travis looked like he'd gone to the Jason Lowe school of midfield play last night. Hopefully it's a blip.
  2. Holtby looks a class above the rest of the plodders in blue and white. Rothwell gives us someone who will run at the heart of the opposition. Both need to be the first names on the team sheet from now on but TM will stay risk averse and give them the odd ten minutes.
  3. Yes!!! Armstrong!!! Well I bloody never!!! Rothwell's introduction seems to have freed Dack up into space.
  4. Dire stuff and yet another first half where we don't trouble the scoreboard.
  5. It is but I'm starting to fancy the red off button more.
  6. Agreed. He's a head down merchant, just sets off at speed and hopes for the best
  7. Really? It's dull as fck. Arma loves those cul de sacs though.
  8. Shit me, nearly 1 down already. Couldn't defend a cross, quelle surprise.
  9. What he says means sod all, it's what he does that matters. So while he's benching or dropping him completely while a pudding like Armstrong gets game after game that speaks louder than any meaningless platitudes. One thing is certain, after the limp display at the weekend he has to start tomorrow, if fit.
  10. All of this 'only 4 points off the playoffs' should actually read 'already 4 points adrift after only 9 games'.
  11. This Brentford side plays some lovely quick passing football. The lad Benrahma looks a class above this level.Raya looks more authoritative too and his kicking has come on a bundle.
  12. What the hell has Hurst got to do with anything? His managerial record doesn't come close to Hughton.
  13. Pace and power win games in this league and we're short in both areas. You get nothing fannying about playing sideways in front of teams, it's simple to defend against.
  14. Samuel looked just about at his level in L1, how his return a level above is seen significant is beyond me. Another poor striker to add to the rest of them (only Graham excluded)
  15. Mowbray, like Bowyer before him, always sees his arse when the top 6 is near
