There must be lots of fans like me, shift worker so naturally miss games but usually attend 10/12 games a year, so spend circa of £250. I would happily spend an extra £50/£70 to buy a season ticket. It's quite easy for me to not attend midweek and still see the game on the red button. Surely the club know that!?! As I've said above if season tickets were priced at say £299- £329 I'd happily hand over the cash now and the club need not worry if I attend those blustery February midweek games or not AND they've actually got MORE money annually off me. Surely there are many people in the same position as me.

Am I right in thinking the lad who scored the winner was the one taking those deadly corners against us? Can't half strike a ball!

That stat for me was one of the most frustrating of the season. We never took the risk enough of Brereton or Gallagher getting their heads onto a cross. Its such a huge part of the game yet we never seemed to try it as an option. I'd be interested to know our stats for goals from set pieces too, as they to my mind that would be pretty woeful return too. Having a dangerous set piece taker next season could be huge.

About the fairest summing up anybody could give. That second half performance yesterday was him at his very best, cutting in from outside and bending the ball in and making runs to the back post. The fact he couldn't do it at any point in the last 10 games other than the last 45 minutes, just adds to the what might have been on his Rovers career.

I was expecting a horror show, the last 10 games is what I expected for the majority of the season, so I'm fairly pleased with how well we have done. I've seen us limp out of so many competitions with a whimper so the Sheff Utd game gave me pride. The lads needed help in January and from what I've seen that was even managed to be messed up without Venkys direct involvement. We are cursed for sure, we have been kicked in the balls but I can't harbour too much disdain for the players or manager.

These players were hung out to dry in January. There are 4/5 players in that starting line up who in their hearts of hearts know they should be dropped but also know there is nobody else. That is the underlying factor, they needed help. We all already knew they had a past of bottling it!!

Hopefully this jump in income will trigger a slashing of matchday and season ticket prices like John Williams did when the Premier League received a new Sky windfall. Maybe not! All jokes aside I have never and will never understand how having more bums on seats can't be more profitable, when selling bigger numbers for a smaller price. Even if the numbers work out the same, more supporters is better than less supporters!

I wouldn't be against it if we brought in a Gestede style forward. Him out wide with nobody to aim for makes him a pointless signing.

He offers very similar qualities to Ryan Giles who was here last season and looked useless. I'm pretty sure Giles is topping the assist charts again this season. I'm seeing a theme.

With the absolute calamity of the last 10 games you can say the absolute same with regards to BBD. Arguably even more so!

He is getting to Jason Lowe territory of having to start a descriptive sentence of him, with "as long as he doesn't have the ball".

I think what makes us such a tough watch is we are actually very competent at virtually everything except going forwards. We hold possession, we defend well as a unit and more often than not stop the opposition doing what they want to do. The problem for us watching every week is that the lack of forward firepower leads our play to be incredibly frustrating and we don't get to watch the opponents make it a good game because we usually stop them playing.

Having watched that second half I've just got to admit I don't understand football anymore. We needed to win, all avenues of play going the same way due to the players being absolutely out of form or confidence and giving it away. Why the hell would you not just try and get the ball in and around the box hoping for the ball to drop right. Nobody showed up today and the lack of balls really hurt.

These lot look like world beaters compared to us by just having 2 mobile strong forwards.

I have no words for what I'm witnessing here. It's like an end of season dead rubber. It's so pedestrian!!!

The medical staff need to be part of a decision for me, just what physical state is his body in now. I'm convinced he finds a goal in these last 3 games if he is fully fit. Tough decision.

I'm hoping we practice some Coventry style corners before theis game to try and find some way of scoring. Those corners were excellent, ours in the main this season have been absolutely awful as well as most set plays.

The thought of any human being kicked on the floor for celebrating a goal is absolutely abhorrent. Bitterest rivals or not.

I cannot and will not question the effort and desire in that game, it was a million times better than the reverse fixture BUT we never actually landed a glove on them, whenever we had a great turn, or a quick clever pass you knew the play was going to fizzle out as we had absolutely zero forward threat. The manager had no real options to give us a forward threat, when Dolans job is to hassle and win the ball but have nobody to actually pass too you know you are screwed. When Thomas comes on and you know he wants to get the ball wide and whip it into the box to nobody you know we are screwed. Massive summer ahead with recruitment, a striker is absolutely desperate but I'd love to make a request for a dangerous set piece man.

Somebody mentioned it on here a few weeks ago and I must admit I thought they must be wrong but after watching yesterday I whole heartedly agree now .... Tyhrs Dolan is not fast, at all!

Scott Wharton has a massive summer of graft ahead of him. The lad looks absolutely all over the place at the moment. Him coming on as sub currently means disaster.

I think Diaz needed dropping, the fact it is at the expense of not actually playing a striker sums up January!
