Me too, he seemed to be an unusually exciting signing and so feared the worst. We have learnt the hard way that there is never a ‘done deal’ at Blackburn Rovers until they are on the pitch and kicking a ball around in Blue and White, just ask O’Brien, Brierley and Maguire !

Yea, Harry is on the slow side and there are better LB’s in the league but he is a competent player and rarely let’s us down.

Would be very surprised as imagine that he got a decent deal when he signed the last contract, can’t recall whether it was a 3 or 5 year deal. Would have thought that it might be difficult to shift him or Buckley given their existing well paid contracts.

A season ticket holder > 40 years and I have renewed, mostly out of a perceived and misplaced sense of duty. However, had there been a public call from the coalition / Trust to boycott, I would have observed it, indeed, I was just waiting and hoping that would be the case but it never materialised. The only chance we have to save our club, is to act together but we need some joined up thinking and leadership to move on mass as a coordinated fan base and for the greater good rather than individuals, for their own reasons.

Life would be a lot easier, if we could all live in the Chaddy zone. Whatever crap they throw at you, you just can’t get enough, Stockholm syndrome.

He was ok at Ewood, no doubt improved the following year at Hull, but that losing possession and feigning injury at Bramall Lane, that led them to that Doyle screamer at the death, was a very bitter pill.
