Definately not a first team , a lot young lads in the team ..Stuart metcalfe , John Bailey and Noel were regulars in the first team and so was John Butcher , I remember Ramsbottom being signed around the time of Duncan Mckenzie but I could be wrong , a long time ago..

Mowbray should have been sacked cos of these two signings,as for Venkys their failure to appoint a proper manager ever will be on their epitaph ...

Two weeks before the season starts , Mowbray will bleat , ' many offers in for players but, wage demands to high' Two days before season starts Rovers sell Armstrong and or Lenihan ... Two hours before transfer window closes , Walton resigns on loan and a reserve Centre Half from Middlesbrough also signs on loan... That's all folks !!!!!

Problem is I think we have had a Bridge to Far of Mowbray ! So , I don't see us finishing in the top half , next season..... The tinker man will tinker and there will be no one there BCD ...

If Walton plays for Brighton regularly next season , they will finish bottom of the league !!

I thought the first season up team was better suited for promotion.... Last season was poor , lacking excitement ..... Problem was Graham and Mulgrew grew old and Brereton was poor .... Reed infinitely better player than Johnson ...

The fact Mowbray is still here is worrying.. Expect more chopping , changing and loaning 4 th rate keepers.... Can't get excited about watching football behind closed doors ..I follow never worked and most games I saw on SKY were soulless... Unfortunately that will give Mowbray more licence to meddle and the players know it , bottom 6 next season ...

I think the standard of goalkeeping is very poor in the championship .... To much emphasis on passing the ball then stopping the other side from scoring... Raya can make worldie saves , which helps ..
