We don't have any silly money left, hence the "obsession" with what has already been splurged.
-
Charlton have just been promoted. We kept that momentum going in the early season---why can't they? And we have a shocking first game history of failure to win. So, I'm not counting on anything---especially with our defence.
-
By the club "yes" but every media site said £5m. Are you saying all of them got it wrong?
-
Don't worry about the fans, they're way ahead of the manager!
-
No chance!

I like that! However, I can't see Timid Tony going with it. I expect Evans to play and Armstrong. And he'll never drop Graham if he's fit. Shows we have great options front and middle but 3 of the back 4 remain a concern.
-
Gallagher not better than Brereton then?
-
Thanks and I hope you are right. He was a revelation when he came the first time and I was really excited when he came back. Since then ---nothing!

We sign wingers but we rarely play them! Will we ever see Chapman in a first team game I wonder?
-
It makes good sense, therefore it seems doubtful!

Cheer up Mike---you'll probably get it right this time!!

Apart from the Rangers game, where apparently we had one bad half and one good one, you cannot take anything out of those games other than the players getting a run-out and new ones getting to know their new chums. That's not the standard we'll come up against as well you know. There's a strategy somewhere there----possibly trying to create some momentum before the season proper. Time will tell if it worked.

Your problem.
-
I think we've done this one. Not long to go eh?
-
Or just some of it.
-
Oh yeah! If he scores 30 goals this season I'll be sick as a parrot!
-
Depends how often he plays and where.
-
Jokes are great but not the same one please!
-
You're on the wind-up---again!
-
Precisely the point.

We do have great young player, its getting TM to agree that's the problem.
