While we are waiting and seeing, another striker could have been doing the job for us and the additional centre-back and keeper could have turned out for us tomorrow. 19 isn't all that young for a footballer.Ronnie Clayton made his debut when he was 16 and Boro have an 18 year old playing regularly now. There must be countless other examples. It could all turn out well in the end or not but there is still no logic to it. Like any big gamble really.

This isn't treason, Brereton's not reading this, he's supported by everyone when he plays, everybody wants him to make good BUT ITS JUST NOT HAPPENING. Meanwhile we are light upfront. That's an understatement, we are totally dependent on a 32 yearly staying fit. We should not be in this position and the same goes for centre-back. For 7M we could have solved both these problems and added a keeper too!

There's a surprise!

Rubbish Gav. K-Hod is responding to an extremely poor post, not creating one. I totally agree with your last sentence but you are looking in the wrong place for the origin of it. EVERYONE is delighted with the performance, that's what Chaddy and others (including you it seems) fail to understand. Elsewhere ,Chaddy calls a poster's criticism of TM as "disgraceful". How can that possibly be unless its a personal attack as opposed to criticism of selection, tactics etc? That's absolutely Fascist. Why can't people understand that for 90+% of the time, we are not dealing in facts here. Its all opinion. -

You don't actually "debate" with anyone. You just endlessly repeat the same old stuff, and/or post TM's latest pronouncement. Debating partly involves the ability to hear and assess other people's views and be open to the possibility of amending your own as a result. You are utterly incapable of embracing such a process. The fact that you have so many posters on ignore (and seem to be proud of it) proves that you are only comfortable hearing views that confirm your own. -

As opposed to an egoist playing a football game at home with a real club! -
There was also one where the heavens opened and I turned back because the roads were more like a sea! And we lost! Think Preston were in Div 1 at that point.

Where's the problem? I felt the same. -

Its simple alright! Just dumb! Speculation as the game nears is all part of the fun of an MB! What's the point if you can't chat and give your views on the line-up? As I've said before, if that's your little rule for you to follow then fine. But don't expect others (anyone) to do the same. -
Secondly if you're not representing the fans, how come you are calling yourselves the Fans Forum?

I want you to not show irritation when I asked any Forum member for some information on here. How dare I eh?

Presumably this is you not playing the victim again? -
Yes ODB has lost me there. Nicky put his name to that alright.

No point in Mowbray saying anything when he's got you. -
The Fan's Forum has an ideal opportunity to relate to fans over pricing. There have been plenty of good ideas to take forward. But, they hardly seem to be champing at the bit do they, judging from comments on here?

Talking of Mahoney, its a pity he didn't hang around a bit longer. He could have been that winger we are looking for. I didn't blame him for leaving at the time but I wonder if he regrets it now things have changed so much?

If that's what you feel you should do, then fair enough, but you go further that that and expect everybody else to behave in the same way. Then you get frustrated when they don't! -

Missing the point. If we simply leave it to Mowbray then we have nothing to talk about except the things he doesn't control------parking, price and temperature of beer, season tickets and the like. Don't play the victim here when its you who is hounding people for expressing criticism you don't like. Even Mowbray gets it wrong and people are entitled to say so. If you disagree---fine, but say why and how, not just "trust Mowbray" "Mowbray knows more than we do" and all that other fatuous stuff we hear over and over again. One simple principle you can't seem to grasp is that everyone on here, apart from the odd Dingle, wants the best for Rovers. We're on here because we love the Club. You don't get that. -
You should know better! ?

Don't believe a word of it and they'll need more than that!

So true Stuart, I was hoping we'd make it to January without major injuries to Linihan, Mulgrew or Raya.( No point in worrying about Dack because we won't find another of him in a hurry!) but there must be a chance that we could be without all three of those at once. And to top it off, is Rodwell going to succumb to injury as Sunderland fans warned us he would? Just as well we didn't loan out Travis eh? This might be our salvation and the making of him. -

So why did you come on here and announce that you'd changed your mind about Coyle and that he shouldn't be sacked after all?
