On a practical note------how often is the guy going to play? That was his first game back for ages and what does he do? On a moral note, would any parent want their son at a club which would sign him? How many chances has he had? He's a complete nutter and we should let him go to Stoke where he would feel at home.

I remember being on holiday at some caravan site when I read in the papers we'd signed him. An Arsenal supporter also on holiday told me what a great buy this was. It wasn't! Although Haverty's legs moved so fast they disappeared he never actually got anywhere because he was so small! Crowd liked him because he always looked so busy but in reality it was a bad signing.

You're either a Rovers supporter or you're not. It really is that simple. It just doesn't matter who the manager is. Anyway I reckon you are exiling yourself for a long time,because Sam is on a 3 year contract and Rovers won't be paying compensation twice even if it goes pear-shaped as some apparently(and bizarrely) seem to hope. What if Sams a rip-roaring success and we stay up and have a great season in 2009-10. You still going to stay away?
