Blueboy, it is perfectly possible for anyone of any race to "play the race card", I actually thought Ince did when Rovers sacked him. The press took it up with gusto as well to make us look bad. Surely you'd agree we had to sack him because he was crap and we'd have gone down if we'd kept him? If Rovers were racist we never would have appointed him in the first place? I don't offer an opinion on Rosenior because I don"t know enough about him but it isn't automatically racist to make the comment as you should be able to see from the example I gave above. -

Actually Dunn FC, the attempted insult you wrote as being directed against Stuart was against me. I had 2 Blueboy insults in there and both are worn as badges of honour! -
Well I think they are"in on it" and the "part-ownership" stuff has plenty of credibility if you've read Glen's stuff properly, so feel free to insult me too!
-
Exactly, it's the exact same Senior who spelt out the penny-pinching future of doom! Keep up Chaddy!
-
You're in La La Land and going to be very disappointed. Not one piece of evidence from the last 6 years can justify that optimism but you require proof from others.
-
You cannot be positive for the future unless you know that these promising youngsters will be nurtured into full fledged first-teamers and not flogged off to pay the electricity bill. That's not negative so much as reality born out of experience. Do you have a different Venky experience?

Bds on the Venky wind up again.

Having tried the phone once Balaji has decided he likes it! “It was a very genial conversation” - Blackburn Rovers head coach on speaking to the Venky's for the first time Headline from LT

"RESPECT" Chaddy! Remember? Jal's having a laugh there by the way!
-
Shameful that these divisive comments are made when WE WON! Everyone is celebrating, feel free to join in with your fellow supporters!
-
He's a wrong 'un alright so can we ignore him and stop quoting him? I know I've been as guilty as most in taking him up on his wind-up posts but time to put him to bed?
-
Sigh.....

I knew it was my opinion when I posted it! However you have couched your opinion of Lambert as a fact which has been proven. Clearly the difference between an opinion and a fact has escaped you.

Rovers' mouth piece - the LT

They love Senior eh? Bit like the working class voting for austerity. Totally forgotten that.slash and burn is what Senior has promised. -
We had a good team, well capable of making the play-offs and plenty said that on here at the time. You were on the official site at the time.so you wouldn't have seen it. And 8th or 9th was not decent enough when the play-off cut off at 6th. A good spotter of talent, or his Dad was, but a poor manager.
-
Proof?
-
I want proof that you are not just a W.U.M.
-
We had a decent squad so why didn't it finish higher? Because Bowyer was a poor manager.
-
Mowbray is a very different type of man to Kean, judging from his Wikipedia profile-----"he has not drunk alcohol since the age of 19"!
-
Senior has put it very clearly. He see his job next season as substantially cutting costs. To expect the club to flourish in a slash and burn environment like that is akin to expecting vacant hospital beds under the National Health. We will NEVER prosper with Venkys.
-
The official Rovers site, so you're right!
-
You're still sore at your mate Bowyer being potted. Time to move on?
-
This would be my worry too---a disconnect between Senior and Mowbray over signings in summer. Of course that assumes a)Mowbray lasts till summer, the Club lasts till summer and c) whether we actually make any signings. If Senior was any use he would have tried harder to sign up Mahoney as Coyle apparently wanted. I do feel a bit more optimistic about Mowbray. He wouldn't have been my choice but he has more and better experience than any of the other 6 managers other than Lambert and Rovers may have sounded others out who refused the job for all I know. A steady hand I'd call him. I always felt we were going down this season so anything else is a bonus but the plans for next season mean we will struggle again anyway. In short, we will never prosper under Venkys and who the manager is, who is administrative head, who decides transfer etc are all part of the side-show.
-
Once again Venkys do the unpredictable. They probably read that we were reasonably happy with Adkins.
