The thing is we can only use what we have got, and make the best of it. I think the players that we have in midfield are good enough individually at championship level, it's how they are deployed that is the problem. PS. You are entitled to your opinions, it's just that I don't agree with all of them, and that is my prerogative.

Not if we play three centrally instead of two. Personnally I would pick, Adam Wharton, Travis and Garrett.

What about the team being No1. If that was the case, the best players and formation from what we have available would be picked.

The thing that annoys me, is that pre-match we go through a training routine of pass and shoot from about 15 yards out. then during the game nobody does it. I wonder if it is the same in training. The players on the pitch must think along the lines of; Well we have practiced that all week, I know I'll try something different.

I don't think anyone is writing Dolan off. The question was, where, in your opinions, is Dolans best position ? In some peoples opinions he is best coming off the bench. On your second player (Diaz), again I don't think most people are saying drop him because he isn't good enough, they are saying drop him because he is leaving our club and seems disintrested.

Pears is so indecisive, and that is transmitted to the players infront of him. He has no command of his box, a lot of times he doesn't seem to call for the ball, and when he does call, it seems like the outfield players don't trust him. You don't have to concede to have a bad game. Same as you can concede and still have a good game.

I can't understand why in pre-match warm ups we practice one twos then shots, but in the actual games we don't do them. I was pondering on getting a season ticket next season, after recent performances that will not be happening.

So how come in the last game for the U21's it was a foul but was not a penalty, but a red card was given. I am not saying that it was the wrong decission. Just that it is inconssitionant.

It is almost as if the refs have made their own rule, that reads ; If you can't give a penalty, it's a red card. If you give a penalty, it's a yellow card.
