    I still don't know who, or how good he is. That is why I would not make a judgement of his capabilities, purely on his CV.

    It seems we have had to bring on two left-backs, one at center-half and one at right-back. ( Cirano and Gent ).

    You could look at that as, since the age of 25 he has been on a downward spiral. To me reading his CV does not mean he is good at his job. It also does not mean, he isn't good at his job.

    No, what is natural, is to have people in position that are good at their jobs.
