I think that the reason JRC and Cirino seemed to be wing-backs, is because neither are very good full-backs, and keep getting caught out of position .

JRC and Cirino, seemed to be in full-back positions, with Carter playing as defensive midfield. Perhaps the first teamers were introducing the Mowbray defensive system.

For me Cirino could make a half decent winger, he is never a full-back.

I think it is more of a case that Carter has covered at full-back, not that he is a full-back. Edun, Pickering and Nyambe are full-backs.

With four at the back someone of the listed would have to be dropped otherwise we would be playing 12 players. Dack in hold, I took to be on the bench. Hence 4-4-2.
