  1. At centerback next season we will have, Lenihan, Ayala, Magloire, Carter, Wharton, for two positions. I would play 4-4-2. So for the central midfield two we will have, Travis, Davenport, Rothwell, Buckley. Right back we have Nyambe and Pike. Up front, we have, Brereton, Gallagher, McBride, Chapman for two spots. I would also have Leftback, Pickering and a new signing. Leftwing, Dolan and a new signing . Rightwing JRC and a new signing.
  2. It depends on your view of need. Personally I would say we need to sign 1 x left back, 1 x left wing, 1 x right wing. There are other positions that it would be nice to improve.
  3. If we were to sell more than 4000 season-tickets, would there be a rota on which games you could attend ?
  4. Only if we sell 4000 season-tickets. I don't think, with Mowbray still manager, we will.
  5. So your season ticket does not even give you priority to buy away tickets like it used to. Even less value at an increased (I suspect) price.
  6. I think Chaddy is working on the assumption that covid restrictions will still be in place next season. At present that is not the situation
  7. Next season ?
  8. As long as he is picked instead of a loan player and not one our permanent players.
  9. If that is what you want, then fill your boots. My decision is that I will not pay to watch the shit that Mowbray has brought the team down too. If he goes I will return.
  10. In my opinion not if that tosser Mowbray is still manager
  11. Because the idea was for people who wanted to go to a game, to give Mowbray stick, because he is still at our club. If you cannot get your head round this point of view fair enough. At least you will not be stuck for your choice of seat.
  12. Why? I think there will be walk on match tickets. If there is a restricted attendance next season, say ours is 4000, say we sell 2500 season tickets, do you think the club will not take the opportunity to sell the other 1500 places.
  13. The original question was why aren't the kids being played. It was pointed out that a majority of our better kids, were either out on loan or injured. Then the question was asked, Who are these loanee or injured kids.
  14. Magloire, JRC, Pickering, McBride, Carter, are all decent kids, in my opinion, who are either out on loan or injured.
  15. You don't have to buy a season ticket to watch.
  16. Only problem is, the decent kids are out on loan or injured.
  17. I'd like to see them try
  18. That is exactly what I would suggest to everyone. Don't buy a season ticket, but get a match ticket for the first home game, and give Mowbray stick. Even stay on after the game and keep giving him stick during the warm down.
  19. I never said that Lee got off to a good start. What I said was that he knew the importance of getting the fans on his side. Which is what he did. And that might be to Ainsworths advantage.
  20. With reference to Ainsworth, I remember Gordon Lee being appointed our manager. He did not come with a glittering record, but he knew the importance of getting the crowd on his side. He did that and it was good to go to the Rovers.
  21. What we need is someone with enough clout to show him the door.
  22. My old man said be a Rovers fan, And don't dilly dally on the way,
