Im sure you know all this already but anyway Players know they'll be replaced. Waggott and Caley have to cope with full stadiums etc. Waggott/Pasha's positions would come under scrutiny if we performed poorly and got relegated again. In general would be well out of their comfort zones just chugging along in mid table in the Championship. Same applied to Mowbray when he was here.

The only thing that gives me a bit of hope is that if there's one team Id like to play when in a state of absolute chaos, it's a team managed by Mowbray. He'll probably go against the habits he instilled when he was here though and give us a right good thumping to rub salt in the wound even further.

It would raise our profile massively. On the downside it wouldn't take long before any thoughts of him being a decent manager were gone for good. Thankfully wont happen because we'd only be prepared to pay one twentieth of the salary he'd no doubt be expecting anywhere.

I doubt there's much money floating about the "Next Blackburn Manager" market. One decent size bet will probably skew the odds massively.
