Unless I've got it wrong, it generally seems farily standard procedure that a manager works with his own people. And when they go to another club, they take them with them. I'd also suggest that Benson, Lowe and Venus are actually part of the problem, rather than the solution. So new faces/voices seems like the best way forward.
