Main issue with Carhalval is that he's only ever at clubs for 1 season (or less!) Looks like Sheff we'd was his only stint longer than that, and in fairness he managed 2 play off finishes, getting to the final in one of those. Wouldn't be much of a long term solution but it doesn't really matter if he got us promoted.
