  1. No, it's way too late to be flogging BBD now. Best you could hope for would be the buying club loans us a young striker as part of the deal. Not ideal for us.
  2. Another CM, with Travis filling in at RB, or another RB is needed then. We can't use JRC at RB again, he's abysmal.
  3. Yeah a bit of a concern having no striker. I know we are trying to play this "fluid attack" bollocks but we still need a striker who can hit the back of the net as far as I am concerned.
  4. Pretty sure he had the armband on as well.
  5. Potentially 3 more in. Transfer deadline day might be worth watching for once.
  6. Not a cat in hells chance this is happening.
  7. Birmingham have signed that Hannibal lad from Utd with the crazy hair (on loan) He was pretty highly rated at Utd at one point?
  8. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of it really. It just seemed like having 3 CB's in Ayala, Wharton and Hyam, it would be difficult not to play them. I know Pickering isn't great but until we sign a new LB, he's all we've got. Well, him or Edun at least.
  9. We're not resigning Bradley Orr. (Despite him being the biggest Cunte available)
  10. I did want to put Dack in the starting 11, as I think he still has a lot to offer. My thinking here was that if we were playing a back 3, wingbacks obviously do a lot of the attacking work. If they are putting crosses into the box, BBD, Gallagher and Hedges are all lanky buggers and might* get onto the end of something. *Probably won't 😂
  11. Strange on not signing SVDB. His cover for RB alone would have been worth it. If we aren't signing him, a striker should be top priority. A young RB who can slot in when Brittain is injured/rested. Developed over the season would be a really wise move, if none of the U23's are up to the task. A new starting LB, would be cracking. Hopefully we can get moves for JRC, Butterworth, Edun (maybe?!).
  12. Thinking we'll switch to a back 3 now we've signed Hyam.
  13. Yeah, you would think so. Can Brittain play LB? Stick SVDB at RB!
  14. Bowler is on the radar of Forest, bids of £4m on the cards. He's not coming here, sadly.
  15. Carter generally hasn't been all that good at RB for us, has he?
  16. Could be remembering wrong but I felt like he had a habit of signing/trying to sign players he'd worked with previously when he was here? JRC & Butterworth would love a move to Sunderland Mogga!
  17. Hyam seems like a decent signing. And actually paying money for a CB is unheard of at this club. Must be switching to a back 5. Ayala, Wharton and Hyam should be an unreal CB trio. Shame about the LB though!
  18. Don't see the need for Caulker if we are signing Hyam. Any funds should be put to other positions. LB, CM, ST, back up RB all need attention. Do we not have a RB in the U23's looking to make the step up? We've known for ages that JRC is abysmal at RB.
  19. Need a striker before the window closes.
  20. Really poor result this. Can't be losing at home to Stoke if we expect to do anything other than bottom half.
