We will see indeed. But your post said the plan was to get a good, ambitious manager and give them a decent transfer budget, so we can challenge for promotion. That's every Rovers fans dream. But this is Venkys and they don't work like that.

Biggest concern is it just feels like there is no plan from the owners at the moment to have a replacement lined up. The only thing I've seen is Waggot previously saying the manager situation will be discussed in the summer. Not really good enough, seems like Mowbray is done one way or the other and we should already have the feelers out as a minimum, on managerial targets. And even though I want a change in manager, just not communicating with Mowbray is shoddy treatment by the owners. To be expected with this lot though.
